Menu Selection: They have a decent menu with a number of different levels to choose from. My selections were: Beef Burgundy - You could taste the wine and the richness of the sauce was tempered by the basmati rice. Salmon with Hollandaise - This got more than a few compliments. The fis was moist and the sauce was lemony without being overpowering. Chicken with a lemon butter sauce - This was ok, I wish it had a little more body to the sauce, but I may have just been craving chicken picatta. It was moist and that's what counts. Mixed veggies - Not overcooked, seasoned lightly Basmati Rice - Simple, made a great foil for the rich sauces Potatoes - OH MY GOD - I think they were poached in angel tears and then sprinkled with crack. They were outstanding. Seriously, get the potatoes! Service: They were prompt, efficient and had everything ready 10 minutes ahead of schedule. This gave me breathing room and nothing felt rushed. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to meeting expectations, especially given the nature of the event and the nearly $5,000 fee they quoted. To be fair, in the end, they knocked off several hundred dollars because of the disaster their inability to handle the job caused. The gesture was inadequate, considering our family did most of the actual work that day. The caterer arrived late, and only part of the staff showed up. The sandwiches had not been prepared in advance, the soup was not ready on time--nor was there enough, and twelve of the deceased's family members had to step in to help prepare food while more than 200 guests waited. Our family not only made the sandwiches, they also brought them out to the waiting guests. It made an already sad day become an embarrassing mess. The bakery bread we were promised was not used; instead, grocery store bread was served. Ty said the baker couldn't accommodate the volume of bread - we had this catering agreement in place for over 1 1/2 months. We were never told of this prior to the event. Beverages were also not stocked properly, and we had to repeatedly ask for refills. Some family members had to carry in cases of water from the caterer's car in the twenty-below weather. We chose Savage Chef based on positive reviews and the presentation of his food, but neither the service nor the execution nor the quality lived up to the advertising. Given the circumstances and cost, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

She came to my house and picked everything up the weekend before. Called all my vendors a few days out to make sure everyone knew where they needed to be and at what time. We only met once right after I got engaged and I knew she was the gal for me. After a short conversation I felt very comfortable that she knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave me all kinds of great tips and recommendations. Because of the venue I got married at, there was no dressing area for me to hide in, so I didn't arrive at the wedding until it was time to walk down the aisle. I hadn't seen the venue decorated until then. I could not stop looking around. She made my wedding more beautiful than I imagined it would. If she was stressed out, it didn't show. Every time she talked to me she was as cool as a cucumber. I can't sing her praises enough!
