I have often been left disapointed at the standered of the food and the service. The people who work there live in La La land. They always forget to give me my drink and then they think its funny and give me a large one for free. Im not complaining. Parking is good and drive thru is useful and often much quicker and easier. Overall Fairly average KFC not great but then what do you expect

When the geek gave me my order at the drive thru he gave me an evil smile. I should have checked the order there and then, however when I got home I realised that my 'fillet' was actually a meatless chicken wing. It would have been too much to go back and argue as I had come all the way home. I did fill out the feedback form and got a response say the Area Manager will investigate this yet no offer to go back and have another meal. It was horrible service and no after care. Must be a franchise run by people who don't care all they want is your money - avoid it unless you are happy to be ripped off

However, I would avoid this branch. Food is rarely hot - even on special orders that you've waited fifteen minutes for, regardless of whether or not the restaurant is busy. Drive-through orders are frequently incorrect and you have to check your order every single time. Special orders are accepted with bad grace and take an age to arrive. Somehow the concept of 'fast food' has been forgotton. The KFC twenty yards away is a model of how these places should be run. Eat there instead.

Clean. Staff zipping around. The menu has a range of classic Cantonese dishes; salt pepper squid, kung pow chicken and the like. Although the focus is around the ABC noodle dishes. Choose you meat (A) choose your sauce (B) choose your noodles (C). Wait a little less then 10 minutes. And BAM -- big bowl of noodles. The two of us walked out well fed for just under 15 quid. Decent. It's not the most exciting food in the world. But you didn't come here for that, you came for a quick bulk of meat, veg and noodles; and in that way this noodle bar excels.
