My car had some serious transmission issues, and I brought it to Harvest Hills Auto after a…read morerecommendation from a friend. They had really great service and Josh was really amazing to deal with. He confirmed all my worst fears about my car's transmission but gave me so many options on how to proceed. It really made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of or having the wool pulled over my eyes. Just given some no nonsense options that I could work with. Though, I do have to mention the strange interaction I had with, I think Aaron?, when I first brought my car in and explained the issue I knew was happening. He did try to diagnose my car without even seeing it as something completely different as a simple alternator or battery issue, which if I hadn't known it was the transmission, it would have been a HUGE sticker shock to get the call later. But otherwise, the team was all really great to deal with. Thanks!

The technician found that one of my wheel bearings was making noise and he obviously noted it on the form and told me in person. What he did however was write the WRONG one down on the form. So I got the left one replaced for $200 when it was the right one that was failing all along. Made me waste $200 on a perfectly good bearing and caused me a great deal of difficulty. The technician looked half asleep and didn't even apologize when his mistake was made apparent. I'm appalled and will definitely be recommending any of my family and friends NOT visit this facility. You're better off somewhere where they can just fix your car at the same time.
