Heater/AC worked properly, good water pressure, tv wonky but got major channels for NCAA bball. Breakfast was good but expensive tho I had $15 credit for Hhonors Diamond level. I used the (hot) hot tub; felt great after day of skiing. Bubbler broken but water clean. Plenty of nice towels available. Best of all, I was welcomed and assisted by Mike who has been mentioned in many reviews. Epitome of friendly/helpful customer service representative. Granted, we clicked as former teachers, but he assists in any way possible to be helpful. It's not fancy, and doesn't try to be, but it's an excellent base for skiing and relaxing afterwards. Loan as Barrier to Cancellation: Marriott is using the existence of a loan to prevent cancellation, which we believe is a tactic to lock us into a predatory contract based on misrepresented costs.

The design leans towards a more rustic and comfortable decor rather than modern. I was very impressed by the food served during our meetings. The Elk Medallón were absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet is also special with plenty of choices including fresh omelets and croissants. This is definitely an elegant and sophisticated destination in Deer Valley. This place is very special from a service standpoint it goes beyond all of your friendly expectations.
