They stole my credit card information that was used as a one-time payment only when initially signing up. My card was deleted from their site and never authorized for recurrent billing. I dissolved my corporation myself and they stole my credit card information from a previous transaction and charged it for automatic renewal. Thiefs. Please avoid this company as I'm sure there are plenty of other reputable corp formation companies out there.

I had issues with their website and the agents were condescending and rude. Illiterate and no technical skills. I had to help them figure the simple issue unable to login and links not working to set up bank account. I had to contact bank myself . No help from this company. 11 months 20 days they began charging 6/1/25 (invoiced me also)& 6/18/25before our agreed renewal date 7/19/25 with 365 days of service. I opted out if auto pay and confirmed with agent at the beginning.oh Good thing i didnt give a legit card. So it declined. This company sets you up for autopay and attempted to deduct funds . I finally got i. Hold of someone to alert them of the error and i was advised they didnt attempt any charges even though i have text messages from my credit card company asking me to approve .It's very hard to do to business with these unprofessionals and they love creating cases that close quickly unresolved . It was back and forth I wasnt charged to explanation we charge you early to protect you from losing your business registration and fees. I was gaslighted ALL THE TIME no clear answers. I gave them 30 day notice that I wouldn't be renewing with them they attempted to use a scare tactics. You're business could be in jeopardy and they closed my account 6/19/25 and acted as if they weren't my agent for up to time I paid for 7/19/25. The agent I spoke with confirm told me she didn't care who I switched to when attempted to give her the information as their website requested. THEYalso attempt to say i will owe them money if i dont have another agent . Well why do you care again as you stated? You have been warned stay away from this company. They act like they're working from a assembly line with Sears warehouse and we all know how that turned out. I have reported them to attorney General , Ftc and wyoming secretary of state for their fraudulent acts. Wiggle out that you crooks.
