terrible service I got a phone fixed yesterday and he broke the home button (it's for 6y/o) he lied…read moreon the phone that he had the screens but I got there he didn't the screen he put on didn't fully fit off in the phone I took it to another place they said it could've been for an 8+ anyway I took it back and he blamed it on the screen being cracked I told him to see what he could do he refused he said I would have to buy a new screen and I asked for my receipt for yesterday he refused he said he couldn't do nothing for me, asked was I from the area and just started talking crazy so I said I would wait until he got his crowd down that he tried to humiliate me in front of and stated I would only give him half which is 29 and he refused me service not to mention the screen is $59 I paid him $100 and walked out with only $30 so I would like to take him to small claim court

Absolutely do not go here ever! All I needed was a screen replaced and they were a little cheaper…read morecompared to other places. It would take me all day to tell how my experience went with them but it was awful. In the end, my iPhone 6 Plus screen didn't work and they ruined my home touch button. They refunded me my money because they admitted to ruining my phone. But even with a refund my iPhone was junk! I ended up having to buy a brand new iPhone and selling mine for scrap. Also any review on here that is good was only wrote because they offer employees a discount or $10 gift card for writing a review. My advice is to stay far away from this place but if you do go here ONLY let Danny the manager work on your phone. He is the only person that knows what to do. The other workers can and will ruin your phone and you will have to sign a contract before hand that has been copied so many times that you can't even read it. So if they ruin your phone they are not responsible.

He was really cool and understood how important it was for me to have my game back. He had it fixed before the weekend. He's also fixed the screen on my phone a few times. Not my butterfingers my annoying little brothers keep breaking my things. One more plus is when my mom goes to Krogers I just go next door to MasterTeq and see what new gadgets Jason has.
