My total loss was 1.4 grams of weed - ripped off by dispensary. The ounce is 28 grams, so 5% of the ounce was not given to me. Management has addressed this in an earlier post. BS. Whether it was lack of proper verification, disorganization behind the counter, or inconsistent information from staff, nothing felt professional or trustworthy. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely awful. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is frustrating in a setting where customers rely on guidance and accuracy. What's most concerning is the apparent lack of leadership. The general manager, Ryan, seems either unaware of these issues or unwilling to address them. Poor management is reflected in the overall experience, and it shows in both staff behavior and operational standards. There are plenty of dispensaries that take compliance and customer care seriously--this just isn't one of them. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism, quality, and a better overall experience.

He did, and he started coming here as well, and it was happening to him as well. We both would come in for the happy hour deal, only to not get the deal. It seemed like we were getting scammed for about 10-15 bucks every OZ we would buy during the happy hour deal ( if they didn't give the deal to us). (Which did happen multiple times). This place needs to improve on being more transparent with their pricing and deals that they advertise. The lack of professionalism is wild here. I reminded her that I spoke with the previous manager and the employee standing next to her and it had all been approved. at this point she insisted that she was refusing my business because I don't have time to stay and explain AGAIN! crazy. inexperienced manager wanted to be involved in the last word in an already resolved matter. power trip. shame too. you'd think a local place would be more prepared and patient. Especially with a regular! Crazy crazy I DONT recommend and I WONT go back. consumer power here. Avoid if you care about customer service and quality products.
