There were globs of it on the waffle. The texture of it was very unpleasant. It reminded me of grainy baby food. We tried this spot on a whim recently and oh heck yes will we be back! Love the interior, the server was amazing, and it might not be for everyone, but I personally loved the early 2000s pop punk they had playing. After several recommendations of this place I finally decided to try it out! Looked busy around noon but came solo and went straight to their bar area which had open seating. Service was super quick and staff was super friendly and attentive. I ordered one of their top five favorite dishes which was the hash brown bowl. Their sauce poured on top made the dish flavorful and unique. They were also playing some good alternative rock music so I had a great time. Glad I checked this place out and definitely recommend. This place is great! Small and cozy on the inside but they offer outside seating for more space! I came on a Sunday and it was busy but I only waited 25 minutes before I was sat down at a table. Usually I'll be waiting almost an hour at IHOP. I ordered their apple cinnamon crepes and they were delicious. The filling inside and apples could've been sweeter but that could be my sweet tooth talking. They have good bacon and not the thin type you usually get a breakfast/brunch place. Hash browns were so good. I also ordered their coffee flight and really liked their butter cookie iced coffee, I think that's what was included. I found this place on Yelp whilst heading through town. We just came back from camping in the desert, so this was an awesome spot to stop for brunch. I got the giant banana, Nutella, and strawberry crepe combo, with eggs and bacon. We had breakfast at The Brunch House yesterday morning. I had been here once before over a year ago, but I forgot to review it. I recall that my last experience was not the greatest because the salmon on my lox was very fishy tasting. Yesterday, we decided to give this place another try. Bad move. When we arrived, we were seated right away, and I noticed there were a total of 8 tables with customers, so not incredibly busy, and the restaurant seemed to be well staffed with servers. In spite of this, our meal took about 20 minutes to come out. I ordered the pork chop and my husband had the Bountiful Bowl, which should both have been ready fairly quickly. My pork chop was so dry and tough that I couldn't cut through it without my entire plate moving halfway across the table. My husband asked for his eggs to be over easy, but when his bowl finally arrived the eggs were practically hard boiled on the inside. When our server finally came near our table (he never came to check on us) he let him know that his eggs were way over cooked. He agreed, and took them back to get replaced. He came back with the new eggs 10 minutes later! By this point we were already done with our meal. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star rating instead of 1 star is because their potatoes were very good. This is our 2nd bad experience here so we definitely won't be returning. read more

We went with two coffees to start, a Latte and their Mexican brew. For our meal, we ordered their Egg "Anyway" Special and Huevos Rancheros . Both were tasty and seemed to come out immediately. Literally. No joke. The rancho eggs were the most interesting and came vertically, as a triple decker, see photos. It had a mild spice to it, which added but didn't overwhelm the dish. Tasty! Customer service is everything. With that being said we should've left when we weren't given any attention even waiting 10 minutes outside just to be seated. No one came to greet my partner and I so we walked in and sat ourselves. Sadly the restaurant was empty. There was one couple waiting to pay their meal. Once we ordered our food we still had to wait 30 minutes for our food. I can't imagine how long the food would come out if the restaurant was busy. We didn't even receive any silverware.
