This review is long overdue. We first visited The Bridge during the pandemic, thinking it would be temporary. Our plan was to return to our former church once things settled but God had other plans. What we found at The Bridge was something we didn't even know our hearts needed: authentic community, Bible-based teaching, and a place that truly feels like home. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with warmth and love. Over time, it became clear we weren't just visiting, we were being planted. This church has been a place of healing, growth, and renewed purpose for our family. It's not perfect, but it's real. The love of Jesus is tangible here, and the people genuinely care. If you're looking for a place to belong, be challenged, and grow, I'd encourage you to visit. You just might find what you didn't know you were missing... just like we did. read more

The Bridge - Community. We do life together outside of Sunday mornings. - Churches Near Me - Chino, California

Love the way this place is about letting the people in attendance learn and break down the actual Bible. And they work in series. Where you can really learn a whole lot about the word while encountering getting to know god on a personal level. I'm so glad me and my family came across this church. read more

This post is in reference to their firework stand they have. Stopped by to purchase some fireworks. Was instantly surprised they have the price rounded up to the dollar with "taxes" included. The markup after tax was about 20%. I asked about it since I have never heard of such thing and I was told it was a "state firework tax" of 10% on top of the 8% city of chino tax. So I conducted my own investigation and determined there is no such thing as a California state tax on fireworks. Also discovered chino state tax is 7.75%, not 8%. Upon the conclusion of my investigation, I determined this church was taking an extra 10% (tithe) from customers. Customers are unaware as they believe what they are being told. I will never purchase from this place nor do I recommend it. If this place is conducting shady practices like this, I can only imagine what their church books look like. Stay away at all costs!! read more

The Bridge Church is truly a blessing to the Chino community from the moment you walk through the doors. We were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone feels valued and seen no matter where they're coming from or what season of life they're in. The pastoral team is fantastic with teaching that is biblically sound and relevant. The children's ministry is vibrant and inclusive. One of the things I appreciate most is the Bridge's commitment to truly building a community and creating personal relationships. Through local support, global mission work, small groups, youth programs, courses, trainings, and service opportunities, they prioritize plugging in and making an impact. If you're looking for a church in the Chino Valley that combines solid teaching with genuine community, I highly recommend joining us at The Bridge Church. It's more than a place of worship. It's a place to personally connect and equip our purpose. read more

I have been a Christian for over ten years, serving passionately in various ministries, but I have never been more impressed than with this ministry and its core focus on equipping people with God's Word. In my search for a new church home, I was blessed to find this ministry, which showed my family and me genuine love from the very start. The pastoral team truly cares about your spiritual growth, maturity, and an ongoing, transformational encounter with God's presence each weekend. I've been on the Production Team for a year and the leadership prioritizes preventing overwork, caring for your family, and allowing time for spiritual nourishment. I am passionate about serving our community, especially through The Bridge's ministry (Bridge2U) focusing on the well-being of the less fortunate. This ministry provides hot meals, clothing, resources, and prayer to those in need, positively impacting a large part of Pomona and continuing to show love to people that society often rejects. read more

We attended this church as a family once because someone who goes here told us how great it was. Unfortunately, we did not have a great first timer experience. The outside lady was kind upon arrival, there were no elders to seat us, and after wondering where to sit, finally someone came to assist. One lady in the isle had her purse on the chair where I was to be seated, but came across reluctant to move it until I asked "can I sit here?". Eventually she moved her purse so I could have a seat, but I tell you the enemy was at work in that situation. Not impressed by the overall message, pastor and congregation - did not feel welcomed. Everyone rushed after service to the patio to eat -- must be a thing there. We left and simply were disappointed. I'm going to keep them in prayer. read more

Warm, welcoming, with an atmosphere that invites you to come as you are. There are people from all walks spanning multiple generations - from 20 and 30-somethings all the way up to 80's and beyond. The Bridge is big enough to offer many programs and services, but not so big that you're just a face in the crowd. You're worshipping with friends and neighbors, and there's a real desire here to love each other and help each other, and to bless the surrounding community with the love of Jesus - "in the Chino Valley as it is in Heaven." There's children's ministry, with Sunday classes by age from toddlers to 6th graders, and youth group meetings during the week (with a big, thriving Junior High group excited to draw closer to God together on Wednesday nights). The pastors are present - they don't disappear behind a curtain after service. Pastor Mark is the Lead Pastor, and that job comes with a lot of pulling in every direction, but he's there greeting you by name every week with a handshake, high-five, or a hug. He strives to make himself available whether it's just for a quick minute on Sunday, or a long chat over coffee, and he makes it a point to know you, and to make you feel known and welcomed. The sermons are Bible-based and Christ-centered; always from Scripture, always the truth of the Gospel, always focused on Jesus. The only agenda is to be with Jesus, and become more like Him, regardless of where you may be right now. It's a blessing to be able to call The Bridge our home. read more

There are so many things that stand out for me at The Bridge Chino. The biblical teaching straight from the word of God, the worship, the community, the comeradery... I love them all. EACH pastor has a unique way of delivering a message that gives you what God has for YOU specifically! THIS is what makes church... CHURCH! read more

The Bridge Church in Chino holds a special place in our hearts. We've been attending for three years, and from the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and have built real connections with others there. I especially appreciate their children's ministry--my son actually asks us every week when church is, and he's always so excited to go. I frequently recommend The Bridge Church to friends and neighbors, and I encourage anyone searching for a church community to check it out, just like we did three years ago. read more

We use to attend Calvary Chapel Diamond Bar and decided to leave when the Pastor started discussing politics. We then went to The Bridge and from the moment you step in you feel welcomed and loved. The Bridge is an amazing place where all the sermons are biblical. Every sermon, class, or activity is intentional. We have been attending for over 2 years now and definitely will not be going anywhere else. The Bridge is home for our spiritual needs. You will not regret joining. read more
