Disaster with delivery = house was left a mess, packaging left everywhere and glass table top was missing. Scratch was on glass table and Orangeville Furniture took no responsibility or accountability. Ignored our phone message and blamed us that we did not report it in 24 hours meanwhile we did leave a message with the store after hours because that was when the missing table top was delivered. Horrible service, beware, save yourself the frustration and avoid Orangeville furniture.

They couldn't get the drivers but no worries, they had another 1/2 hour lead time. 4:30 (now 1/2 hour after our 12 -4 promise) and I call. Our order never made it on the truck according to the "customer service rep". I will never use this store again. This is the second time we have gone back to Sleep Country Canada in Orangeville, never again! Now to go search for the items we never received!

Right from the get go, they explain all about the product and let us try it out, etc. Also the two gentlemen that delivered for them were excellent, and the lead especially explained all about the mattress and all the little things about it. They were respectful and were in and out but aware of the ceiling, wall, etc., and not causing any issues for us. We recommend that you too check local first.
