We were looking for a local agency that could handle the online campaign component of our high-profile, high-visibility event known as MD CareerQuest, a career education conference focused on local area high school students. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we ended up behind schedule, which put more pressure on Ed and his team. However, they came through and built and maintained a website and social media ad campaign that helped raise awareness of our event while providing important information to registrants. The Auxilium team was always on call, ready to turn things around quickly as updates were needed. Thank you, Ed, Lesia, and Shannon, for being a part of this event, which was a tremendous success.

As a volunteer foster family with Beagle Rescue, Education and Welfare (BREW) upon learning that they needed a new Website, I suggested they check out Auxillium. I'm glad I made the recommendation and they are, too. Auxillium responded very quickly in standing up an initial website. They worked closely with the BREW content managers to help meet their requirements both for front-end customer communication, and back-end information management. I think the end product is many-times better than they expected. Auxillium also worked to cleanup BREW's web reputation by clearing up some black-listing that had occurred over the last few years. I would not hesitate to recommend Auxillium to other rescues and non-profits, not to mention any other type of organization looking for a stable, reliable, and local provider of web-services.

I have also recommended them to several friends. If you are off your warranty/Apple Care plan, this is so much cheaper than going to the Apple Store. And they are friendly, thorough, and make recommendations for additional services without being pushy. I'd say I look forward to visiting them again soon, but that would mean something is wrong with my computer, so I suppose I'll just say they're great.

Unfortunately, we had an issue a few months ago where the screen to our mac book went black. Apparently had we brought the computer in earlier, it would have been covered by warranty, but since we waited until it was fully broken, it no longer qualified. Sucky situation, but it is what it is so we paid the $500 for the fix and went on with our lives. A week or two after getting the laptop back, I noticed that the touch bar was no longer working. The touch bar had never had an issue so I thought maybe something happened during the screen fix. Life got in the way and I didn't get to calling MBS for a few more weeks. When I finally went in, they told me that it was pure "coincidence" that the touch screen stopped working and even though it was literally right after they pulled the computer apart, it definitely wasn't them and they would not fix it... except if we paid another $500. Now we have a touch bar that doesn't work and they've lost a customer and an advocate. Such a disappointment.
