No apology once arrived only through text. No product recommendations since she "only uses her products" and didn't have any products to sell. No follow up as she said to purchase products and no product knowledge or hair knowledge in general was shared as stated in the consultation. Plus, you need to remove her automatic almost $40 tip on top of services / $225. If you don't change it to 0 you will automatically be charged the tip on top of the original service price. Overpriced for literally no reason. I have 2 locs in the back of my hair and I had to drive around the city to find someone to do them after getting my hair done with her. Found another place off Lauren's and she did my 2 locs for free (that Zarena has no experience in and didn't even offer to do anything with) and was told my parts were uneven and I was overcharged 100%. I originally asked her about natural braids but she looked at me like I was crazy and could tell she wanted to do the quickest style. She was completely uninterested in what I wanted to achieve and had to pull information out of her to gain helpful information on my hair. Once finished she rushed out the building and left. She helped advise me on what services I needed (I came in with flat, dull orange hair and are restored it to a shiny dimensional dark brunette by pulling down my natural color through it, toning away the orange, and giving me a glossing treatment). It was only 165 for a full complex dye, a gloss, and a trim. The location is a bit hard to find and looks like it might be sketchy but once you go inside it is very trendy and well kept.
