You know, if you'd told me a year ago that I'd be sitting here raving about hypnotherapy, I…read moreprobably would've laughed. Not in a rude way--just in that "Yeah, right" kind of way. I wasn't a believer. I walked into that room with a fair bit of skepticism, thinking, "Well, let's just see what this is all about." What I found, though, was something truly remarkable. From the moment I sat down, I felt safe--like, really safe. And that's not something I say lightly. There was just something about the way Bill spoke, the way he listened, the way he guided me--not pushing, not forcing, just leading me right to where I needed to be. It was like they had this deep intuition and sixth sense, knowing exactly what doors to open in my mind. And then, at some point, a switch just flipped. I can't explain it any other way. One minute, I was tangled up in the same old anxious thoughts I'd carried for years, and the next--it was like someone turned on a light in a room I didn't even know existed. The clarity that hit me in that moment? It was staggering. Not just about my anxiety, but about my life, my choices, my patterns. The paths had always been there, I just hadn't been able to see them. But here's the part that still amazes me: the impact didn't stop when I walked out of that room. It's like something inside me had been rewired. Every day since, I've noticed subtle but profound shifts--a deeper sense of calm, insights that just seem to appear out of nowhere, and this growing clarity about who I am and where I'm headed. It's not magic, but damn, it sure feels close. If I had to put it into words, I'd say this experience was like working with a master sculptor--someone who doesn't just hack away at the surface but meticulously, patiently reveals the masterpiece underneath. And the best part? The work keeps unfolding long after the session ends. It's not a quick fix--it's a "gift that keeps on giving" kind of thing. Looking back, I realize I didn't just walk away with relief from anxiety. I walked away with a whole new way of seeing myself. And I can't tell you how grateful I am--for taking the leap, for finding someone with that level of skill and intuition, and for the way this experience continues to ripple through my life in ways I never saw coming. So yeah, if you're on the fence about hypnotherapy like I was, I get it. But if there's even the smallest part of you that's curious, take the leap. You might just be surprised by what you find. I know I was.

I was so happy with the first session that I purchased six more. I really liked the hypnotic session because it was coming from ME not a psychic or anything. Not that I mind that, I just really like pulling stuff out of my higher self. I've got to learn to trust myself. And I was desperate to get out of the pain. So what it did do is put me in a better spot emotionally in relation with my ex-husband. It made me not hate (I know, that's a strong word) him so badly, and if anything helped me to understand and even be a liiiittle appreciative for him. I know everybody's just trying to live out their lives and learn a lesson of their choosing. So intellectually that gives my ex a break. I'm waiting for that charity to hit me spiritually and emotionally. This "hypnotic age regression" helped me to see why there was such an intense attraction to him, and such intense pain, because I did love him so... And it did open back up that love for him. And if anything, that gave me some charity, which is much better to live with than hate.

Seattle is very knowledgable and someone you can trust. I could pick her brain on the topic for hours and provides excellent resources to continue learning after the sessions. It doesn't happen all at once, and it's up to you to do the work! You will notice benefits immediately, but the benefits keep coming. If you're ready and willing, Seattle is a phenomenal person to facilitate and guide you through the process.
