I had my first experience at the Bra Spa this morning with Kateland. She interviewed me and listened so patiently as I described my recent search for a bra. My search included a "professional" fitting at a department store that ended in a super ill-fitting bra. Kateland measured me and came back with a bra to try on. She helped hook me in and I couldn't believe that this bra felt like wearing no bra. There was no side boob, no fall out, and plenty of uplift and support! Home run! i had AMAZING service from the woman doing the fittings she was very helpful so sweet took her time didn't make me feel rushed at all even with other people waiting!! HOWEVER, the owner was rude was super loud and very rushed. she absolutely ruined my experience and i will not be returning or recommending because of her. all the employees seemed so sweet and i was having a great time until it got to checking out with her, i was trying to find a bra that was my style in the size the lovely employee had fitted me in and the owner cut me off and hurried me over to checkout instead of allowed me to look around. very loudly announcing the tip section making us feel pressured and when i tried to ask a question completely talked over me. i really hope that tip goes to the employees as they again were lovely. owner seemed upset that i wanted to take a look for myself and while saying the employee had already brought me a lot, which she did and they fit great but not exactly my style so i wanted to take a look myself and see if there was something i could find instead of holding her up more. at the end of the fitting you will be forced to create a profile where you have to agree to text messages. store was clean and cute great bras just bad service. read more

Had a blast shopping today at the bra spa. I normally struggle shopping for bras and it felt so nice to have a super efficient, personalized experience. They helped me find what I wanted - both sexy and fitting. Also scored me one of the sweet $10 bras. Felt so nice not to feel self conscious and have them really listen to what I needed. I learned a lot about how my bra should fit and, as suspected, that I was really wearing the wrong size. I've never really seen a shop designed like this, with a front welcome desk and semi-private shopping area like a spa or hairdresser, but it makes a ton of sense and made shopping and trying on very comfortable and relaxing. This boutique is clean and roomy and has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the stock is chock-full of larger sizes (F-I cups) that are impossible to find in most chain stores. I highly recommend coming here if you're a gal with a big bust and can't find anything that fits at department stores. The first time I visited, I was only expecting to browse. Caitlyn asked me if I'd like to get fitted as they had an opening, and I'm so glad I said yes. She got me in one of their fitting rooms (and it really was a room, not one of those tiny changing booths) and did some tape measuring while she asked me what colors I was looking for. Then she brought me a whole armful of colorful bras to try on. I loved most of them and picked out six, which she wrote down on a card to save in my file for later. I got two of the bras as a Christmas present and they are the best (wearable) presents I've ever gotten. The everyday bra is so supportive that I forget I'm even wearing it, and the sports bra doesn't let me jiggle even one iota. They both fit perfectly. This is the best way to buy a bra in Tucson. The. Best. I went to a "Girls' Night" party there last night, and Margo (owner) and Caitlyn (manager) fitted all 10 or 11 of us - with our different shapes, and preferences, and budgets - smoothly, easily, and best of all, in a fun way that took the pain out of bra shopping. Plus, I was totally convinced I was wearing the right size bra, but turns out I wasn't. And I learned about which bra companies specialize in my shape. The bras aren't any more expensive than a department store, plus you get uber-personalized service, plus you get a discount if you bring in a used bra to donate to a local charity. I thought the purpose of this business was to help educate women on the proper fit of a bra, and to help women find bras that fit them. I purchased 2 bras ($77 each) because the fitter lead me to believe they were a perfect fit. I was thrilled because none of my bras fit properly, which is why I came to The Bra Spa in the first place, so I was willing to pay a premium for the expert recommendations. I wanted to love my new bras, I really did... but within 5 minutes of wearing each of them I knew they were not the right fit. I would think a bra fitter would recognize the fit issues right away, as this is what they do for a living. I reached out the management and asked if they would exchange these bras for some that fit properly. I was willing to overlook the inconvenience of this issue, I just wanted the product that I had paid for. I reached out to management immediately after learning that the bras didn't fit and asked if I could exchange them for bras that fit. Several days later I received a response from the store manager, who stated that they would not allow me to exchange the items because it would "significantly impact the business". You know what else significantly impacts business? Ripping people off. How can you sell someone a product that you know will not function as intended, lead them to believe that it will, charge an outrageous price for said product/service that was never rendered, and think that this is won't negatively impact your business? Very foolish mistake on their part. I would have spent much more money here in he future if they had handled this differently. Now they won't be getting a dime from me, not after they ripped me off nearly $200. read more

I don't even know how long I'd been wearing the wrong bra size, but I was sick of it. I was weary of going to get "professionally" sized/fitted because I didn't want some seasonal mall employee slapping a tape around me and guestimating nor pushing me to try on and buy a bunch of stuff I didn't like or didn't fit... but none of the brick-and-mortar department stores carry my size and I'm not about to start a buy/return cycle shopping online without knowing my actual size. I caved and made a fitting appointment and I'm so glad I did. Not only was I properly sized, but the woman that helped me made sure the straps were adjusted correctly, the gore and cups were flush, the side wing and bone were the right height, and the underwire was shaped to my root and encompassed all the tissue appropriately and comfortably. I also never felt a pushy "buy, buy, buy" vibe, and was assured that I didn't have to do so. They had so many cute things in my size (rare!) that I walked out of the store wearing one and they put a few others I liked on a wishlist so I (or my husband) can come buy them later without having to find them again. I've already gushed to my mom and sister who think they'll spend their next "treat yourself" day/fund here. They got me in the right size bra with plenty of styles and colors to choose from (which is very difficult as I am a very odd size)! The entire appointment was only 25 minutes. For the past couple of years I had been squeezing myself into a bra that at one time had been my correct size. I had been wearing the same ill-fitting bra, every day, machine washing every night; until my secret was finally exposed - right in the middle of Costco when my tired ol' bra snapped - literally! Being new to Tucson, a quick google search for "bra shops" sent me directly to The Bra Spa. I was warmly welcomed by Renata, and while I explained my situation she listened without judgement as she led me into a fitting room and gave me a fast and professional fitting. I mention it being fast because I am one of those people who does not necessarily love shopping, and was merely doing so out of desperation! Renata's knowledge and professionalism made my bra fitting stress free and body positive, and within minutes I looked, and more importantly felt, like a new woman. She picked out a supportive yet comfortable AND sexy bra for me and once I decided I loved it she cut the tags off for me so I could wear it out of the shop. She also gave me washing instructions, and recommended purchasing two bras so they last a year, yet I felt zero pressure to do so, and will absolutely be back soon to do just that.
