He was friendly and bubbly…read more We discussed expectations for the event but he arrived to the event 30 minutes late instead of 30 minutes early. He asked for an advance in funds in order to purchase a flash drive to put the finished product on. He said the photos and video would be available in 3 days but it has now been over 6 weeks and he still has not delivered the finished product. Most significantly he has stopped responding to my text messages and phone calls inquiring about what is happening with my photos and video. I cannot endorse this business and unfortunately will be filing a claim in court to get a refund, when all I want is the precious photos of my mothers landmark birthday.
