After I moved here I checked out a handful of Chiro clinics, I found that all the places I went to, I got just an "ok" adjustment, but never a "really good" adjustment.. Until I found Pinnacle Chiropractic, now this is the ONLY place I will go! I truly enjoy coming here and I am so thankful for the care I consistently receive. Quality of life has returned. Dr. (Kelley) Hensley is the BEST! Not to mention, catching a glimpse of the BEAUtiful (and quite bashful) office therapy dog, Beau, is the icing on the cake! I cannot say enough good things about this office! Highly recommend! Thanks to the entire group there!

We booked two massages about a week ahead and agreed to share a room only if it could remain quiet…read more Instead, the therapists talked to each other throughout the session, and it felt more like being in a nail salon than a massage. No one asked about our health, injuries, comfort, or treatment preferences beforehand. There was no receptionist, so when someone came in, my friend's therapist stopped the massage, left the room to help them, and answered calls--all of it audible to us. There was no aromatherapy, and the towel rubs were dry and rough. The therapists rubbed our buttocks and feet, then moved to our faces. My therapist even got onto the table and straddled my head. I found that startling and inappropriate. Our cards were charged before the service. Afterward, I left the tip line blank because of the unprofessional experience. We were stopped on our way out, and someone pointed to the blank tip space and said, "Tip." The session was distracting and uncomfortable, and the pressure to tip afterward made it worse. The 4.9 rating did not match our experience. I would not return or recommend this place.

However, their 50 minute massages are just too short to even do a full body massage. If you want full body they recommend you do an 80 minute however the prices are higher than anywhere else I have ever been except maybe a resort spa. I cannot pay $159 for an 80 minute massage (125 with a membership). So unfortuantely I canceled b/c I always felt my massages, although relaxing, were too short and only my backside was massaged in the 50 minutes. Hope one day they have a promo and maybe I will go back but not for 125...
