I'm a very friendly, easy going, cut up type person, who has world records in sales, and customer service. I am also a strong Christian. Over the past year doing business the Halls Family Pharmacy, I have noticed that they are not very friendly, and more on the arrogant side. My cutting up, and friendliness was always met with unfriendliness. I never paid it no mind, and kept just being the happy friendly me I am. Then my Insurance company asked to start getting 90 day supply, verses the 30 day supply I had been getting. I mentioned this to Hall's, but they just disregarded the prescriptions, and my request for them to be filled for 90 days. They just arrogantly filled them for 30 days at a time. I really didn't let it bother me. However, this time, I nicely asked to work with me to get them all filled for 90 days, and due at the same time. The lady April, just had an bad attitude the whole time while we tried to figure it all out. Her attitude was so bad, it made me feel very guilty, and as if I was doing something wrong. I apologized several times to her for any trouble of getting things straitened out with them. She never replied back to me and was angry about helping me. After I left, I was still feeling guilty, but then thought, goodness David, you are the customer, and she should be all the more happy to help me, instead of unhappy, and not wanting to help me, and give me a horrible attitude the whole time. Then she even left off one prescription, filled one wrong, and never even mentioned the fact that my insurance wasn't covering it any longer. All because she was angry for having to help me get them all coming due together. I discovered the her errors this morning going through them. So, I called and kindly told them of the errors. Walking up to the counter I was greeted very rudely by the gentleman at the counter. He was very arrogant, and rude to say the least during the whole process. I have remained, and polite the whole time with them all. However, then checking out, I decided to tell him I didn't appreciate his attitude, and had April not had such an attitude, maybe she would got things right, and saved me a 17 mile one way trip back. Instead of seeing any humility, or care for customer service, his arrogance, and rudeness came out in full force. I then said to him, you'll have all this Christian stuff around, but sure do not act as a true Christian at all. They actually just use Christianity falsely to make folks think they're Christian, when in truth they truly are not. They are all about Self/Money, and Nothing about Christ/Others. It is a total shame seeing businesses use Christ and Christianity to just line their arrogant pockets. It is people like these people who turn people away from Christ, thinking that Christ and God are arrogantly looking down on them like these people do. True Christians Love others, and show love, care, mercy, understanding, and etc...These folks show none of the characteristics of Christ, and Christianity, only about themselves. Christianity, is not what they hang on their walls, or have on their shelves. Christianity, is what's truly in your heart, and all about others, and nothing about self...

She was so easy to transition from her former life to her new life with me. She was potty trained and had no issues with people. She doesn't mind other dogs, but her main focus is loving on humans. If there were any problems Jennifer made it clear she would re-home her and to reach out if that were the case. She's been a joy to have and definitely my best fur baby ever.

I specifically asked the breeder for a retired mom that was healthy, potty trained, and good with other dogs. I made it very clear that these traits were important before deciding to bring her home. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. When I picked her up, the dog was filthy and clearly unhealthy. Her ears were in terrible condition--severely infected, packed with debris, and smelled awful. My vet described them as some of the worst ear infections they see. Since bringing her home, she has already required three treatments (and counting) to try to clear the infections. In addition to that, she was diagnosed with a UTI, and her spay surgery was complicated due to significant scar tissue from prior C-sections. She also has severe tartar buildup and will require a dental cleaning soon, which we have to delay because dogs can only safely be sedated every 4-6 months and she was just sedated for her spay. Behaviorally, she was not socialized at all. She has aggression toward my other dog and significant anxiety, which has required me to hire a behavioral trainer to work with her. Within the first weeks of owning her, I have already spent well over the $1,000 purchase price in veterinary care and training, and the work is still ongoing. Before purchasing her, I asked very direct questions about health, temperament, potty training, and socialization, and the reality I received was very different from what was represented. I requested that the breeder reimburse at least part of the $1,000 purchase price, given the condition the dog was in when I received her. After several requests, the breeder has refused and stated the contract was "as is," offering only an exchange. For the record, I would never return this dog to that environment. She deserves better, and I am committed to giving her the care and stability she should have had from the beginning. I did my due diligence before purchasing and asked all the right questions. I'm sharing this experience so future buyers fully understand what could potentially happen and make an informed decision. Check the time stamps.....she's asking friends to leave reviews so mine gets buried. This just keeps getting more problematic and unprofessional.
