I called them back the following day and corrected them on my invoice on tables and chairs and inquired on the tables and chair delivery I was told I would be receiving. The woman told me that they cannot deliver today when I was told they were. My husband talked to her as well and she said they would deliver the following day and stated we did not speak to anyone the day before because she answered the phones. We told her we have screenshots to prove we did. After going back and fourth she said they would deliver the following day. They came the following day and placed all the tables and chairs outside the house. I told her when I placed the order it said where the tables and chairs were going to be placed and asked why they were asking if they weren't going to help with the setup. I wasn't able to pull up the screenshot because it was through PayPal. The woman had a bad attitude with me when I called her out and asked me for the invoice they sent in the mail. I never received one. She was rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I was very displeased with her service and will make sure to let friends and family not to go through this service.

They were great with communicating when they were coming and even brought us the stuff the day before the party. The guy who set it up was patient as the little kids followed him around asking a million questions and he didn't get annoyed. The bounce house was clean and well maintained. The tables and chairs worked, but they were a little dirty (one had juice spilled on it when we opened it). Wiping them down wasn't a big deal but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise this will be our go to place for future parties! My son will be 10 soon and we are already looking at which bounce house to rent.

They take zelle, cash, or card. We wanted something simple: 13by13 bounce house. It cost $85 (prices listed on yelp are outdated). We also took the deal of getting 2 tables and 16 chairs for a total of $103. This includes the set-up of the jumper (not the tables or the chairs). Jumper was delivered by the desired time frame and we were informed when drop-off and pickup was occurring, at least 10 min. in advance warning. The jumper did have a tear on one of its netting but manageable, and the tables and chairs appeared clean. For a last minute search, we were satisfied.
