When we started our wedding planning journey, I wasn't totally sold on the idea of a plain / boring photo booth ... but when my husband and I found The Booth & Bus Co., we knew we'd found something unique and wonderful! This great company repurposes vintage VW buses into incredible photo booths for weddings, corporate events and any number of parties. They were so easy to work with - responsive and delightful with every single interaction. They made it all so easy - even helping us design the photo strips to match the style / typefaces used in our various printed items. Once booked, they showed up to the venue and set up with ease, and made it fun for our guests to interact and get photos. They had a cute neon sign and steps to make it easy to get in and out of the bus - and of course, they had cute little props should people want to use them. We asked our florist to assist, and she made a beautiful floral garland to drop across the entry to the bus - just a nice added touch! Best of all, our guests all got 2 photo strips: one to keep, and one to put in a guest book that we ordered through the Booth & Bus Co. They had metallic pens and double sided tape so that everyone could affix their photo to the guest book page and write something inside. And lo and behold ... by the time we got home, the completed guest photo book was here waiting for us (thanks to our wedding planner!) These folks are great and we can't recommend them highly enough. What a hit at our wedding, the only downside I have as the bride was I was too busy to go and take more pictures with family and friends. The VW was so cute. Staff was super friendly, offered poses and just a great overall experience. Commutation was great from booking and going over the details of the photo strips. You NEED this VW at your wedding.

The absolute best! The photo bus was such a hit at our wedding, all of our guests had the best time and both guys were so sweet, welcoming and accommodating. The setup and bus was amazing. They also designed the perfect complimentary logo for the bottom of our photos and got the link to us so quickly! Could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

My husband and I LOVED our retro photo booth! Our guests told us they had soo much fun! We also loved how quickly the photos were added online so we could share the link with everyone! The quality was also amazing! Would highly recommend!

I sent The Booth & Bus Co my wedding invitation and they created an amazing replica of it for my photo strip! Everyone loved it!

The Booth & Bus Co went above and beyond my expectations at my wedding! Adam was super easy to talk to and he always answered any questions and emails I had instantly. Unfortunately their photo booth buses were already booked for my event date but seeing their work and how well they communicated I knew that I still would love to have their open air photo booth for the wedding. Best decision we made by far! The photo strip was the best part. They asked us to send them our invitation so they could match it with their photo strip design. And holy crap they nailed it!! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect photo booth. Our two booth operators at the wedding were so helpful and friendly to all my guests. They showed up on time and came with amazing props for everyone. They even came up to us to make sure we didn't forget to take pictures before the night was over. Very professional and would definitely recommend using this company to everyone I know! Next time we'll get the bus :)

AMAZING! The Booth Bus went over the top, above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! Conner, who was working the vibe at our wedding was so very kind and attentive to ensuring our guests had an amazing experience taking photos and making sure our grandmas were safe getting in and out of the bus. (Thanks buddy! You really were the best) Adam the owner was great ensuring everything was reserved and organized, the day of they were polite and respected our timeline with coordinating communication with my planner, and I LOVED how Conner made sure to keep any photos with the wedding party in it safe until the end of the night. THANKS GUYS!!!!

What? A VW bus converted to a photo booth!? So fun! Definitely an original idea. I love nothing more than seeing those strips of silly photos with crazy props. So when you put a photo booth on wheels it's sure to be the talk of any event. The Booth and Bus Co. was at the Playa Vista Harvest Festival today, and this was one of my favorite parts of the day. The operators were very friendly and helpful, making sure no one hit their head getting in, and pressing the little start button for everyone. (They should make that button bigger.) As the unofficial event planner for my company, I asked for the DL on the pricing while waiting in line. The bus is $1K+ and the booth is ~$700. A little too rich for our holiday party on a budget, but this would be fun if it fit your theme. I think I overheard that they have multiple buses! The inside of the bus is roomy, with a handful of props to choose from. You can't fit as many people as the regular booths, but they said they got six people in the bus. Our first photo shoot was a disappointment because there was a malfunction and one of the shots was dark. And unfortunately they wouldn't let us take the strip even though I LOVED the remaining photos. :( But we came back later and took another set of photos. As Murphy's Law would have it, my daughter blinked in every shot. Oh well. Fun idea though.

They're still on top of their game and doing a great job of capturing the moment while everyone is having a good time. Taking the guesswork out of interactive activities isn't easy, but they make it look like a piece of cake. They're more than just a traditional photo booth, they have several different experiences that are worth considering for any event planner. They have a selfie booth, which is strictly touch screen and offers animation in GIF form, or a boomerang for that fun social media moment. There is also the "glam" booth where folks can look posh with every shot, giving folks that celebrity treatment in photo form. I can't wait to try their mirror booth, which if I'm guessing correctly could be like a magic mirror setup with additional interactive / creative elements to create a memorable experience. The people working the booths have always been cheerful and good about keeping things moving. They've been friendly and professional, which is super important in choosing a quality event vendor. I appreciate their setup for just about everything and wouldn't hesitate for a second in utilizing their services for my own event.

I also attended the Halloween Costume Party mentioned by my friend Joe P. at the Vintage Rose and our party was more than excited with the photo booth. They came early to set up before we got there and they stayed the whole night as some of us snuck out of dinner for more pictures. So just like any other photo booth company, they design a costume print out per party and they have some prompts laying around for attendees to get creative. After the party the pictures are uploaded onto their website. At our particular event, we had 4 pictures: 1 large and 3 small. All of that is standard, but the reason why I love love love them is that they let us decide how many prints we would like. Other photo booths limit you to one or maybe two if you're lucky... but Snaptastic will print as many as you need!! That is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I mean we all looked so gorgeous, who WOULDN'T want their own copy!! Snaptastic definitely went above and beyond for us and they were so friendly the whole entire night. If I had to throw a party, I would hit them up in a heartbeat!

From the very first point of contact with 1024 when getting a quote to literally the seconds before my bouquet toss when Trey found my flowers and handed them to me himself, the folks at 1024 were professional, responsive (even responding late on a Saturday night in the lead up to the big day!), highly organized and energetic. You can tell they care, and they are committed to being the very best. I even found out from my wedding venue that Trey scoped out the scene the day before! And, most importantly, the actual music itself was amazing - guests never left the dance floor and there was never a lull in the music or atmosphere, and never a bad pick. Trey was able to read the crowd and keep the party going. I actually had guests approach me in the days after the wedding asking for 1024's contact info for their own events, so be expecting an email! Plus, the price was completely on par with other DJs in the area (and I got a lot of quotes). Don't underestimate the importance of music at your wedding. Hire these guys and you'll be so happy you did. Thank you, Trey and 1024!

If You Care About Your Wedding Day, I Recommend Looking Elsewhere…read more I don't write negative reviews lightly, but if sharing our experience helps another couple avoid what we went through, it's worth it. We hired this company over two years before our wedding and worked directly with DJ Mike the entire time. During those two years, we met with him, planned our reception, discussed every detail of our timeline, and were repeatedly assured that he would be our DJ and MC. He emphasized that, as our MC, his job was to keep the reception running smoothly so we could simply enjoy our wedding day. The company had us use their planning app, where I spent countless hours entering every detail of our reception--from announcements and pronunciations to specific songs timed down to the exact second they were supposed to play. I trusted that all of that planning would ensure our wedding ran seamlessly. Then, about a week before our wedding, Mike essentially stopped communicating with us. It wasn't until our hired coordinator contacted the owner just two days before the wedding that we learned Mike would no longer be our DJ. We were never proactively informed. My husband eventually received a message from Mike stating that he had been reassigned to a corporate event. After two years of building a relationship and planning our wedding with him, we were simply replaced at the last minute. We were assured Javier would take over and that he was "great." Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Nearly every major musical moment during our reception was wrong. My husband's processional song was incorrect. Our first dance was incorrect. My father-daughter dance was incorrect. The mother-son dance was incorrect. We had to stop our own wedding reception multiple times to correct the DJ. Think about that for a moment. A bride and groom should never have to interrupt their own wedding to fix mistakes that should have been prevented through preparation. The most frustrating part is that every one of these songs had already been entered into the company's planning app months in advance. Instead of using the detailed timeline we spent two years creating, Javier appeared to be working from a handwritten sheet of paper covered in scribbled notes. It left us asking one simple question: What was the purpose of the planning app if none of the information was actually being used? The mistakes didn't stop with the music. Despite confirming pronunciations with both us and our coordinator, names were still announced incorrectly. What makes this especially heartbreaking is that my husband's parents both have Alzheimer's dementia. This was likely one of the last major family celebrations they'll remember. Moments that should have been joyful and unforgettable were interrupted by confusion, corrections, and preventable mistakes. Those memories cannot be recreated. After the wedding, we contacted the owner, Monique, hoping for accountability and, at the very least, some empathy. Instead, we received what felt like a dismissive response. We were told she had conducted a "review" which concluded everything went well minus two songs. Our experience as the bride and groom was effectively minimized. We were also told that our coordinator wasn't present for the entire reception--as though that somehow explained what happened. Yet we specifically hired a DJ who assured us he would also serve as the MC and keep the reception on track. That responsibility didn't disappear because our coordinator stepped away. Mistakes can happen. What defines a business is how it responds when they do. Unfortunately, what disappointed us most wasn't just the last-minute DJ change or the repeated mistakes throughout our reception. It was the complete lack of ownership afterward. We were left feeling unheard, dismissed, and blamed for problems that should never have occurred. Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event. You don't get a second chance at your first dance, your parents' dances, or the memories made that night.
