Excellent care. Answers questions and concerns in a professional, timely manner. I feel like the doctors and nurse practitioners listen to me and take very good care of me and my family. In May 2019, I was not able to get an appointment with rheumatoid arthritis physicians in Hammond until July and Dr. Chaisson saw me two days after I called his office. He took care of my ailments and answered all of my concerns in a compassionate caring way. He returns my calls and explains everything to me in a detailed way an ensures I understand before hanging up with me. read more

I've been dealing with severe arthritis in both of my knees for nearly 30 years now and the staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and have always treated me with the outmost courtesy. Very professional and the only doctor to have ever given me any type of relief. I give this place five stars you couldn't ask for a better doctor. read more

I am not a patient. I was there as a service repairman. In trying to establish what needed to be done, the two doctors I spoke with were rude and condescending. If I ever have need of their services, I will go somewhere else. read more

Of the six appointments I've had here, four required me to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Why even make appointments ?
