I like this restaurant. It's new, and I went there within the first month of it opening once. I admit back then the staff clearly did not know what they were doing, and gave my party's food to someone else. When they realized their mistake half an hour after we sat down, they quickly worked on fixing it. They got all of our foods out within 20 minutes, boxed most of it for us, and comped us 50%. I went back again a month after that, and this time they were still slow, but improving. I also went for dinner once (comedy night). The comedians they hired for the night were very entertaining, the atmosphere was great, and it was very enjoyable. The waitresses forgot to give my party utensils and napkins, but corrected it soon after I pointed it out. That's the service side of the story, and the reason they're getting a 4 instead of a 5. The food there is delicious. I ordered the Lou's Crab Soup (I think that's the name), and some sandwich the first time. The second time I ordered the soup again and another half sandwich. Both times I was impressed by my grilled sandwich. When I went for dinner I ordered party plate of appetizers, and a medium burger. The food got out quickly, and it tasted great. I like eating here a lot. At night, The Boiler Room also does night clubs, karaoke nights, and a number of other events. This place reminds me of an old folks home. The decor is out dated along with the utensils and food. The food was also very bad, not cooked right and displayed terribly. I won't ever back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more
