The store was clean and the staff were friendly enough, as the store was quiet the staff seemed to be chatting amongst themselves, which is fine, however, they did continue their conversation while I was standing there and waiting to pay, which is when it crosses the line. Competitive prices with some offers are available for Superdrug loyalty and TOTUM card holders. 4* - A good Superdrug location.

No complaints about Superdrug as they always have what I want and the price is always right.

The staff on each department are extreemly attentive and are quick to ask if you need any assistance whilst browsing! something that I would usually find quite irritating, but not in Browns as the approach isn't hard sell, it's just good old fashioned customer service. The make up counters are fantastic, and if you're looking to re stock your make up bag, then have a word with one of the cosmetic assistance as they are fully trained and can advise you of which products are for you
