since anita rodderick started the body shop back in the 80s, they are now all over the place and around the world! though york is not a big inner city shopping centre, there is another store on stonegate, about 5mins walk away. with its no animal testing, and bio degradable packaging and fair trade policies. it just went from strength to strength and i think its over saturated itself in the high street, rather like a star bucks!
the shop holds all the lines you would expect to find in a body shop, and with its range of skin care, make up, hair care and accessories, all packaged in invitingly bright and classic signiture packaging, as the packaging has not changed much since the 80s.
its products i find are popular with people of all ages
