Happy Hour is from 5pm to 7pm! Everybody liked the food. I cannot comment on what most of the family ate because I only had the food from the buffet. There were many entree choices at the buffet. Something for everyone. Specifically, my favorites were the chop suey and the grilled shrimp on the skewers. Staff and entertainment were terrific. The woman singing did a nice job. The staff were friendly and for the most part kept refilling the buffet food. Only thing they did a bad job refilling was the dessert. Room 801 is a fine dining option if you are in this area of Cebu. Give them a try.

When the orders came the nice waiter which happens to be a promoter/host of Room 801 delivered a glass of cocktail on the house saying he felt bad if my friends would be drinking and I'll only have water. That was really a nice gesture. I ordered for crab cakes and it taste really good!
