I have been with him from my first 13' whaler to my present 23' Grady and all the whalers and Mako's in between. I went to the vineyard in my Grady in August one time and my engine alarm went off. I called Mike and he said call tow boat to get me back to the cape. He met me at the West Falmouth ramp, hauled my boat away. He had it fixed and in the water the next day. I dont have a negative word to say about him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, respectable man who does what he says. Mike has always looked after me and I assume he does that for all his clients.

I inherited a family boat (90 hp Johnson 2 stroke) that had some service history with Squeteague, so naturally took it there to have the engine looked at. (Stalling after shifting into gear). Dropped it off on July 3, and finally took it away from them (unfinished) on August 19. They were telling me that they next wanted to "try to correct the timing", but couldn't source the right wrench to do the job? A long, $1000.,story of really bad diagnostics, wrong repair guess work and awful customer follow up. I took it somewhere else to find out they rebuilt the carbs incorrectly, with crossed fuel lines and fuel bowls that leak. Bottom line, don't ever take your boat to Squeteague Harbor Marine for service!
