Small hotel and restaurant in converted farm building.
My wife and I stayed two nights at the Blue Beetroot during the 2017 Boleslawiec Pottery Festival. Research revealed it as easily the best place to stay in the area, and we were able to snag room #7 after being on the waiting list. We would definitely want to stay here again if we visit the festival in the future.
The guests seemed to be mostly Pottery Festival regulars, American, and associated with the US govt / Army in Germany.
Our room (#7) occupied one end of the top (3rd) floor, and was spacious with 3 beds, including 1 double. VERY clean - even the shelves of the armoire. The bathroom had separate shower and tub. Windows on three sides of the room. Reliable Wi-Fi at a decent data rate.
RESTAURANT REVIEW:
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available in the restaurant.
The restaurant served both guests and non-guests, with excellent service. The buffet breakfast was very good, with choices of eggs, polish sausages, raw tomatoes, raw cucumbers, bread, toast, pastries, cereal, and fresh fruit. The coffee was excellent! - something we have not often found in Poland.
We had dinner both nights of our stay, and would do so again because there are few choices in the area.
