The todays are either fish or meat and gave me the good old feeling of cantina food - in a good way! The lunch is SEK89 and includes salad, bread, beverage, coffee/tea and a cake. Today it was princess cake!! So it's not just the ordinary dry dusty cookie. They have extended their venues to include the next door restaurant as well, so it is pretty roomy. Lunch is served all the way in on the street floor. I've been here later in the evening as well. Somehow it gets too loud and you have a hard time hearing your party. This one is my very favorite during Christmas time - I don't know why but it really brings out the Christmassy feeling. As any BA they have a wide selection of beer. What takes the fifth star is the menu for food. I always go for the burger and it is OK. I never go here though, when I am hungry for that I have better pub food. Cozy interior but a bit small and cramped outdoor seating like any places at Vasagatan. The bar food is excellent! Much better than any of the pubs around. Beautifully presented. It is nice that the chef at such a small place makes an effort with the dishes! Try their homemade fries! The mixed plate is a great starter. They used to serve a hamburger plate with two small burgers which unfortunately now changed to a double burger instead. It's still really really tasty. The dips to the burgers are heavenly! They don't accept AMEX.
