The only bump my fiance and I had was that we enjoy more of the horror/thriller genre and there's just one big group of "mystery" here. So you really need to dig to find something super particular. But the range that this place has and the customer service makes up for it!! Books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, vinyls, etc etc etc! I wish I got their names but the young girl and the older male working up front were so sweet to us. It was such a good change compared to other local customer service. Instead, bagels were served cold, straight out of the bag, and without cinnamon. Without taking a bite I returned order to Chef/Cook and told her she should be ashamed to serve this. Upon leaving I notified cashier of the inferior quality of our order. I then left message on Ozark Country Market website detailing this event. Neither Cook, Cashier or Owner responded to correct inferior food and service. I could have walked next door to Arrow Cafe and had 2 pecan waffles for $18. The only reason I am posting 1 star is due to yelp requirement. I won't return.
