The servers were all busy talking to each other 94% of the time. We speak some Spanish as we've lived in Mexico for 6 months now but it didn't matter which language we spoke. They still pretty much ignored us and we were sitting at the bar. We finally had to walk over and interrupt their conversation among themselves to get the check and pay. Cool atmosphere though.

Tip: Call ahead of time to get a tour scheduled. We did, but were told to just show up and get a tour. Then, the woman who was to lead the tour was not around and her colleague was not sure when she would be back. We were each given a free beer though and we got to explore via trying to find the spot to meet up with the leader so we were happy! Also, it was fun to see all the employees walking around in their badges (a strong reminders one of any corporate campus).
