Well I can not fault the Salon for how clean it looks and how the staff treat you, however…read moreunfortunately I had a reaction to the wax on my eyebrows and made them very sore, I notified the Salon and gave pictures, and spoke to Julie who felt nessessery to refund me £7.00, Our wires then got crossed unfortunately, as I thought Julie was putting a credit onto my account for inconvenience and obviously walking round not looking great........ I was due to go back to the salon but was dubious as to what happened previously as you can imagine, I spoke to a member of staff today 22/2/18 and explained I thought I had a credit note etc and maybe I should speak to Julie, Julie has then called me back and found her to be very abusive and rude, I am very hurt and upset by what she has said, I merely stated I would not return to her salon, I got accused of upsetting her staff and then basically told I'm rif raf and not welcome there, and wanted to test my luck etc, she has really knocked my confidence and think Julie needs to be made aware of dealing with her customers with respect, I thank you for triggering things from my past and upsetting my day oh and then blocking me from your page on Facebook so I could not leave a comment very mature..... but the Salon is very nice apart from that and the girls there are nice to.
