Had a great time at the farm. They have all the fun activities we were looking for . There are animals see, a good corn maze, a little wood front town to walk down, pumpkins to pick and lots of treats and things to eat. Usually they also have a food/dessert truck to purchase from. There is ample parking and it's just outside of town close to I-25... although you wouldn't know it ... no noise. The staff are very friendly. There are different areas for fun pictures as well. Free to everyone except for pumpkins and food. We go every year and have a great time. read more

I'll share with you the email I wrote the owner: I am writing to formally address an incredibly unsettling experience I had at your establishment today, Monday, September 21.While visiting your patch, I was filming and taking photos to enjoy the autumn atmosphere--something dozens of other families and couples around me were also doing. However, you chose to single me out, approach me directly, and aggressively question why I was filming. You explicitly accused me of being "the competition" simply because I was a solo woman visiting without a partner or children.Let me be perfectly clear: I am not your competition. I am an astrologer. I have absolutely no interest in the agritourism business. I came to your establishment as a paying customer looking for a peaceful seasonal experience. Instead, your hostile interrogation completely ruined my day, and I left immediately without buying a single item. I will never return to your patch.Your profiling was not only offensive, but it was also a massive business miscalculation. I have a dedicated social media following of over 3 million people who love autumn content. My original intention was to share your "cute little patch" with my audience and drive business to your establishment. Instead, my community will now be hearing a complete and honest review of how terribly I was treated by the owner. You targeted the wrong person today, and your confrontational attitude cost you both a customer and invaluable organic exposure. I expect far better treatment from a local business owner. read more

Cute little farm. Came with some mom friends for a play date with the kiddos. There were a lot of pumpkins of various sizes to choose from, however most of the large ones were in the big boxes which seemed kind of silly and not very pumpkin patch-y. The hay ride was fun though! Very bumpy but a good length of time. They have a cute little playground for the kids and some picnic tables to enjoy your lunch on. There are lots of places for cute photo-ops which is great! I got some adorable shots of my little one. They have a few snacks up front for purchase. Everything was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly for the most part. read more

Visiting Bartels Farm has become an annual tradition for me. My inner child loves running through the pumpkin patch, petting the animals, and taking hay rides pulled by a tractor. And the adult side of me loves how affordable the pumpkins, food, and activities are. This year, like all the others, was super enjoyable. The pumpkins were pretty well picked over, but that didn't stop me from finding a couple cool ones that will make great jack-o-lanterns. I was met with a couple surprises this year, like a food truck that was able to make me an oat milk version of their pumpkin chai latte so that I could fully embrace my "basic b*" tendency. The other surprise was that the tractor didn't take us out into the pumpkin patch, it just took us in a circle--it was still fun, just not what I expected. If you aren't a fan of crowds or children, I recommend not going on a Sunday afternoon. Next time I might try to go on a Monday or Tuesday instead. Regardless, a great time was had. read more

My older one had Girl Scout camp in red feather lakes so I was looking for something to do with my 5yo. This place is amazing and I'm glad we went. They do take cards and it's on the honor system so if you go, don't abuse it. The people are extremely nice who work there. If you use a card be patient because the signal is fairly weak. $15 for a basketball sized pumpkin, a small gourd, hay ride, and corn maze. We did not get to peruse the pumpkin patch because I had to go get my older one who is sick with food poisoning. Don't worry, it's from Lakewood and nothing we are here. There is tons for kids to do and everything is reasonably priced. The sunflower walk is stunning. Parking can be difficult as it seems pretty crowded. I suggest if you can't parallel park, get someone to park your car. That really the only way to get a parking spot. I grew up in a big city on the East Coast and learned there so I was ok. Also, bring your own wagon. They have them but they are almost impossible to get. read more

Even though I live in the Denver metro area, we have friends in FoCo who recommended this spot, so we gave it a try and we loved it! It's the perfect size, had great kettle corn, fun hayride, the kids really enjoyed themselves and the prices were right. I wish I had a place like this close to home! read more

We stopped in with our kids and gkid. It's a nice laid back place that is inexpensive and kids enjoy it. Too early for us to get pumpkins but we'll be back. I saw that they can roast a whole lot of peppers for you in a short time if you're into making your own salsa. Corn maze an play area for children besides the option to pick your own pumpkins and other veggies. read more

Super fun for kids, friendly staff. I would recommend this place for family pumpkin patch fun!

so cute!! had a little farm, a corn maze, and so many pumpkin options!! I had the best time with bf and friends. also pumpkins were cheap especially compared to a local patch or king soopers read more

So many pumpkins - the most I've seen at any pumpkin patch! Beautiful selection of pumpkins, squash, and fresh veggies too. Cute photo op area and wagons to collect pumpkins. $15 for one large and two small pumpkins. They take card. read more

There were broken pumpkins scattered everywhere, the animals water was frozen over, they lived in broken down shacks that looked extremely trashy, and there seemed to be no purpose to the operation. Walked around aimlessly for 5 minutes before I got tired of looking at all their crap. read more

Not a lot of pumpkins in the patch but maybe we're late. It seems they also pick the good ones and put them up front. Beautiful place, lovely veggies, lots of flowers. Fun to roam read more

such a cute place! very welcoming and fairly priced. my son was super entertained the whole time too which is always a plus

Fun atmosphere, lots to do with the kids, and most of it's free! You can literally pick your pumpkin from the vine here! The pumpkins range in all sizes plus there are many other veggies to chose from. The only thing that needs improvement is the need for a info both at the entrance so you know what's going on. It wasn't hard to figure out though. They also have a kiddie maze, corn maze, hay stack with a tunnel for the kids, and tractor wagon rides. If you get hungry there's food available for purchase on site. I recommend this as a family friendly fall tradition! read more

Today was our first time to this farm with our 2 year old. He had a blast and loved seeing all the animals, especially all the chickens walking around! They serve food and drinks at a little stand and have the cutest little airplane teeter totter that all the little ones seemed to enjoy. The little kid "maze" was adorable and my guy loved crawling around under the tunnels made of tires. We walked out to the enormous field (I recommend wearing boots and gloves to grab your pumpkins) where we could pull our own pumpkin or 5 off the vines. We'll absolutely be back next year! read more

Was disappointed. It was a dump and was a law suit waiting to happen! Yes they had goats kids could pet, however they were tied up in random places with no supervision or warning that they could nibble on clothes or people. Yes it's common sense, but people are stupid. Many brought dogs in that spooked the poor goats. The chicken area was falling apart and even had soda cans in it! There was a pile of boxes and trash in the middle of everything with caution tape around it. The corn maze had a sign that it costs $5 to enter but no one to supervise it. The positive aspects was they had lots of stuff set up for photos and the pumpkins were good priced. Yes it was free to go there but I rather pay a little bit for an entrance fee so the place doesn't look like a dump. read more

Great place for family fun! Love that admission is free, and there is a lot to do without paying, unlike most big pumpkin patches around. read more

Seriously my favorite place to go for Halloween! Everything is family run and there is so much to do
