Another WASAGA Beach business that doesnt care about its customers…read more. they like to reschedule appts at the last minute so they can take the afternoons off.. leaving their clients in a lurch.. this happens often.. same thing happened re rescheduling a SAT appt for the following week so they could have a long weekend.. ( closed Mondays ) Apparently they only want to work when it's convenient for them... No wonder so many residents travel out of town for hair cuts.. Another small business that will eventually go under due to its lack of business savvy and putting their self entitled wants before the clients and that kind of attitude if they don't want to be there directly affects the quality of the service .. you're better off going elsewhere where YOUR TIME .
