This was confirmed on both occasions. However when she was paying at the counter. The lady refused and said she couldn't use the voucher on Saturdays. (Even though there was no T&C's on the leaflet to confirm this). The salon owner came over and never listened to a word the customer was saying and said "That's how it is". He was very rude and patronising to the customer. Upon witnessing this conversation. House of Hair & Beauty have lost me as a loyal customer. I will not be returning to a salon that shows no respect for its customers!

The advice is professional and impartial they're more likely to talk me out of buying something I don't need that to just let me go ahead and buy it. Neil the owner is extremely friendly and helpful.
