Do not buy balloons from this place. Seriously. Buy from anywhere else. I confirmed and paid for balloons for my event weeks in advance, then got an email three days before saying they had no record of it. Called to clear things up, and was screamed at by the arrogant, petty little man at the helm of things. Told me that even though he'd charged my credit card hundreds of dollars, I was getting nothing. This was just days before my wedding. I did not need this stress. Eventually sorted it, then the prick turned up with the wrong quantity and colour on the day. Unbelievable. Would give zero stars if I could. read more
