She ordered a carne asada Torta with Everything (avocado, lettuce and tomato) a very nice torta on delicious roll! She rated it an 8.5 Fish taco, chicharron taco, 2 carne asada tacos for me! So very delicious let's break it down! Corn Tortillas for all! The fish was okay.... BUT my FIRST time having chicharron in a taco.. blew me away. I love pork rinds! But had no idea what to expect. These were simmered in a red sauce... a very flavorful red sauce! Serious Flavor and I was immediately a fan! The carne Asada tacos are the closest to the first street tacos I ever had 15 years ago in Florence Kentucky. Next to a washaterria a tiny market and lunch counter served amazing food from the tiniest kitchen ever! Tacos De Guisado brightened my life today with their street tacos! The meat was being grilled fresh out front. The smell had alerted me to what my tastebuds must have! I was not disappointed! While everything we ate could have been served unadorned the fresh sauces and toppings took it all to a higher level. But let's not stop here! Wrap it all in a moist warm hearty textured corn tortilla and I'm seriously nearing Food Coma Nirvana! Oh yes.
