Calling this place a Mexican restaurant would be a grave mistake. I've had better Mexican food on remote military bases in the Middle East. To start with, their Chili con Queso looked like cream cheese with food coloring added to it. Sadly this was the highlight of the meal. The first main course dish was the quesadilla. The proper presentation for this would be to have all the ingredients on a large tortilla and then folded in half. However it was all just lumped on top closer to how a tostada would be presented. The "chorizo and veal" meat was just a chunk formed patty of mystery meat that tasted EXACTLY like Salisbury steak. And a really bad cafeteria version of it too. The second main course dish was the fajitas. It came on a hot plate cooked in green peppers and onions which is an American style preparation, not an authentic Mexican one. However that was the least of the worries. The meat tasted like and had the consistency of a bad pot roast and the tortillas were dry and lackluster. All of this was accentuated by a price per meal of $20-$26. Unless you have no concept of what Mexican food is supposed to taste like or don't care, eat elsewhere. read more
