We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. It's clear that management has no interest in addressing basic maintenance issues or providing a decent living experience for their tenants. On top of that, the property feels completely unsafe. Packages were frequently stolen, cars were broken into, and I even heard of motorcycles being stolen right off the property. The lack of security is alarming. If you're considering moving here, I strongly urge you to think twice. Between the lack of basic utilities, unresponsive management, and the constant feeling of insecurity, this place is not worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
