All they care about is getting your money, they tell all the lies in the world to do so. I swear they didn't even give me the actual car I brought. Car was not roadworthy, disgusting condition inside & out & multiple things are still going wrong with it, but they DONT CARE. 6 months of dealing with them AFTER I bought the car that had to sit in my driveway for that time, with no one ever owning up uto what they did WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! Worst experience of my entire life ever!! Don't even deserve the one star rating I had to give!

If you had asked me a few days ago if I would consider buying from a dealer, I would have said yes, but only reluctantly. My thinking was always that I could get a better deal from a private seller, but now realise some of the downsides to going that route. We actually got referred on to Hatchback World down the road - apparently also owned by Lahood Motors - and were surprised at how quickly we found a car that we liked and which met all our criteria but still stayed within our budget. Less than two hours after we showed up we drove off in a new car. I guess this is more of a review of used car dealers in general and the story of how this particular one helped me overcome my doubts about them! I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot, in any case.

It was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made, and they negotiated in good spirit. The sales person was helpful, as was the finance person. When I went to collect my car, there was a real sense of occasion, and this impressed me because it wasn't even a brand new one. They made me the best cup of Vittoria coffee I have ever had, so kudos for the skills of the barista they hired, then the car was presented with a special plaque and I was made to feel like a king as I drove away. Since we've owned it, we've experience a series of problems including mechanical, along with some of the worst customer service and arrogant attitude towards us in a manner like never before. This is supported by our recent malfunction where the turbo on the car blew up due to a defective part that was followed by typical BMW Australia arrogance and refusal to accept responsibility for a problem with components that BMW installed themselves. This cost us $5,000 the car doesn't even have 90,000km's - I will never buy another BMW again and must say this is NOT the Ultimate Driving Machine, but it is the Worst Ultimate Driving Experience (I don't feel safe having my wife & Daughter in this car) and the worst Customer service I have ever had...

Like many of the dealers around Parramatta, the parking can be a nightmare. In order to drive into…read morethis place you need to negotiate a narrow alleyway and hope you don't meet another car on the way out. The salesman was very accomodating. Apart from the endless offers of coffee, time was spent looking at colours, options and at one point a car was brought down from another yard for us to look at. It is a difficult job when you don't have what the customer is after. We were very interested to buy if they could find a car that suited us and were told that there was probably only a couple of thousand in wiggle room in the costing. After getting our costing we went home and did our homework only to see that there were other dealers who had what we wanted and it was at a much reduced price. Out of courtesy, we phoned back and let them know we were going to another dealer. This is where things turned a little sour. The wiggle room turned into a gaping hole and they were up for price matching. This may suit some but did make us think that we never got their best offer up front as perhaps they thought we wouldn't check with other dealers. It felt like more of a policy exercised by this dealership rather than the salesman.

I called 3 times to ask over few weeks. 2 times they said they will call back. And nothing ever happens. I was about to have a baby so not going to play phone tag with them and in the end $400 out of pocket to fix and now left with water stains. I loved my purchase experience, not so much for the after sales. And it's hit me at rock bottom when the car is leaking during rainly weeks while waiting for a baby. You see a company's true Color's when things go wrong.

(Although they are responsible for training her and keeping her happy so she does not talk to me like that maybe?) I bought my car from here. My friend has bought two cars from here. In my phone calls previously with them, I did not find they were friendly so I took my car elsewhere for service (still under warranty and all). I had issues with engine symbol coming up as well as car doing a scary thing on the road (not even 1 year after buying a brand new c200). My mechanic who onkly specialises in MB said it's classified as urgent so I should be able to take it straightaway. I'm an avid BMW driver so I always used to get my BMWs serviced at rushcutters bay - and they are extremely helpful and amazing people there. I used to take the car with no notice if something urgent came up on the dashboard with no problem. This lady at MB Alexandria was plain rude and hostile. I could not believe how she was talking to me and just that icy tone got me to finally confront her and I said -she should not talk over me if I'm trying to explain the situation -she had no sense of customer service. She was offended (but she was already offended when she picked up the phone anyway) but refused to put me thorugh to her manager. I informed her that if she gives me advice and something happens to me on the road because they won't take the car in straightaway then MB could possibly be negligent for what happens to me. As a lawyer and former investigator I was probably doing her a favour. The car was indeed not driving very well, like something was wrong, but it was probably something I could control. Anyway I didn't want to risk it and was SIMPLY ASKING IF IT WOULD BE OK TO DRIVE UNTIL 5 DAYS LATER WHEN THEY WOULD TAKE THE CAR IN FINALY!!! :( I didn't have a chance to even ask for an "expert" as she talked over me and hung up on me. I know it sounds whimperish but I did get quite upset after that hostile conversation and cried a bit. So MB vs BMW - I'd go back to BMW any day. But then I got onto Tynan in Sylvania and they were happy to take the car in the next day AFTER ASKING IF THE CAR WAS OK FOR ME TO DRIVE NOW. So yeh I'm dropping MB Alexandria. One employee can do that unfortunately.
