The shop is very small, and if others are shopping at the same time, please be prepared for some tight moves. Staff speaks English and I appreciated their response to my questions and their overall knowledge. Most of their journals are made in house, and for me it was a question of size, cover material (leather or book binding), and lined vs. blank paper.
Gayle usually rolls her eye every time I find one of these kind of places. She came in this time and happily found a nice card/envelope set, and regretted that we didn't purchase one of their small globes. Other accessories such as ink, magnifying glasses, wax seal stamps, etc. also await. Don't let the small size fool you, as this place is like a dense onion with many layers. My obsessive attention served me well.
