I arrived without an appointment but they accommodated me immediately. My barber did a great job. She was very detailed oriented and asked me lots of questions to make she was creating the look that I wanted. I will be going back. read more

Best barber in Jacksonville, and I've tried a LOT of barbers over the years locally and Jason is by far the best. The shop is clean and quiet and Jason really knows his way around a barber cut, from military styles to classic combovers. Book an appointment with him through the booksey app. You won't regret it. Also does great work on beards. read more

Jun's Barber Shop is the best barber shop in Jacksonville hands down. When you walk into Juns you are immediately welcomed by a family feel. Customers here are very loyal, I have met people who have been coming here for 10 years! The barbers are very talented: they know how to work with every hair type, clean fades, sharp tape ups. This is not a hipster barbershop, it is unpretentious and truly a genuine experience matched with high caliber talent. All the barbers here are very friendly, your hair cut will be accompanied with great conversations and laughs. I believe that Juns barbershop is a Jacksonville staple, they even have jags players come in for a cut. Thanks for the clean cut! P.S : I would recommend calling ahead and setting up an appointment! - Ansel Ponce Diama read more

So I just moved to the Jax area and have been on the hunt for a new Barbershop. I've always loved the idea of having a place where I could be a regular. A place with a good wholesome atmosphere, and of course talented Barbers. We'll, I've finally found it here at Jun's Barbershop. Place seems to be packed because of how popular they are and because of their role in the surrounding Community. Jun's son, Jason did a fantastic job cutting my hair. There's plenty of seats for anyone waiting to get a cut. My advice is to call ahead and set an appointment. They took great care of me and had an awesome conversation with Jason. They've made a terrific first impression on me. If you're needing a fresh haircut by pros, this is the place to get it. read more

Young professional Armanda will get you right! Recommend this shop for anyone in the Arlington area looking for a barber.

Been going to Jun's Barbershop since day one - before they were even in the location they are in now! Jason has been cutting my hair for 10+ years! He's also a great guy, great customer service. Even great with kids! VJ is also awesome, they're a great duo. Make sure to give them a call to make an appointment as that's how they work best. They might be able to take a walk-in during the weekday, but more than likely you will be taking a gamble on if you can get a haircut or not. Appointments only on the weekends definitely! read more

Back in the 80's there was a popular show that had a catchy theme song that touted, 'Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came'. While Jun's Barber Shop isn't a neighborhood bar, it's a family owned neighborhood barber shop that has been cutting hair in the Arlington area for almost 20 years. It's one of my favorite spots to catch up with current events, sports news, play that latest xbox game, and of course get a quality hair cut. Guys, If you're looking to get that tight fade, your kids need a cut, or just want a place to kick it with the fellas, give Jun's Barber Shop in Arlington a visit. read more

I used to live in Jax and it's often a challenge to find a barber when visiting. However, I have been here a few times over the years. Very friendly, great fades, and very consistent. 5 star. read more

The ART - Comb over, hard part, with a clean line up! - Barbers Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

Jun is a retired military man with high honors. I met Jun when my two young sons started complaining about how I was cutting their hair. I had just moved back to Arlington. I went to a seafood market, next door to Jun's on Merrill Road. I took my boys in there to see if I could get their haircut. There was a line, but it moved very fast. Well, my boys are grown and gone and both live in New Orleans. Well, my Husband was to be a Best Man in his friend's wedding this past Saturday. My husband usually cuts his own hair, but cuts it too short. So, I recommend for him to go see Jun. so, of we went. It looked very crowded, as it was Saturday. Jun just happened to be sitting out front taking a break. He jumped up and we gave each other a big bear hug. He asked about my boys. I introduced him to my husband, Ernie. He said, you don't have to wait. I will cut your hair. He is now located in the Big Lots shopping center, near Allstate and China Spring restaurant(I always get food from here after Jun's). So, he cut Ernie's hair to perfection and the. I treated to lunch next door. Jun has about three young Barbers that seem to be very popular. Then, there is Jun and another older Barber. The prices are spot on. Thanks Jun! Happy Holidays! read more

I always get a great haircut from here. My brother introduced me to this place a couple years ago because it was his regular spot and I always went to a hair salon to get my hair done and he wanted me to get a "real" barbershop experience. (Plus, a bunch of my friends are regulars here so they always recommended it.) It's definitely a huge difference from a hair salon and is definitely your traditional barbershop. If you've seen "Barbershop" the movie, it's almost exactly like that but with Filipinos. I come in generally once a month because I like my hair to grow out before I get it cut. Jason (my barber) generally knows what to do with my hair without asking many questions and I honestly trust him and his hands with my hair. I'm generally very picky about how my hair is cut/styled but I've never had a complaint about my haircut. So if you want an authentic barbershop experience where your barber actually talks to you and gets to know you and you talk about everything from sports to life. This is the definite place to go. On busy days and weekends be sure to get there early because there can be a line. read more

Yelp states that this place is "walk-ins welcome". So I go in and there is a barber sitting down in his own chair. I sit in the customer seats and he asks if he can help me. I said, "yes, I'd like a haircut". He said his shop is more of an appointment only shop. He then asks another barber next to him if he has time. That young barber said he did not. So I get up and ask if he recommends another barber shop nearby and he gives me a couple of recommendations. He then says to come by and see him again! I'm not even joking. I'm never going there again. read more

Awesome haircut. Best I've ever had (seriously). I walked in but they were able to accommodate me. I had to wait an hour...But it was well worth it. Vince is the guy who cut my hair. All 3 guys seemed to be masters at their craft. Highly Recommend and I will be calling in future to make appointment as I suggest you do. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars because the haircut was DECENT.. The place was packed and with 5 stars we really had high hopes. First of all, WHY on earth is a mans haircut at a barber shop $20? I know they aren't struggling because they have business, but not even a military discount considering the owner is military. Second of all, the haircut was definitely sub par. My husband won't say anything but he will go home and fix any mistakes made.. Very disappointing. read more

Mariana, I am so happy with my haircut. You did an awesome job with my bob, and stacking layers in the back. I will be back and thanks again. Some salons wants to charge so much more. I was going to post a picture, but not sure where or how? Thank you so much Mariana. read more

Unfortunately I'm one of those guy with thinning hair, not much to cut but I got my haircut by Jason at Jun's, he's a great guy, great barber. I am all about customer service and Jason was fantastic. I've been using Jun's for several years when I'm in their local area, and haven't had a bad cut yet. Yes, I would recommend them! read more

My son had his haircut here for the first time in 7 years and we were very satisfied. Jason is awesome and the customer service is on point.

Terrible. I got a haircut from a teenager who didn't even listen to what i wanted. I asked for a trim because my hair was getting to be a little too long. Instead, he completely disregarded what i said, pulled out the electric razor, and cut my hair to more of a fuzz than a haircut. My hair is unfixable at this point. If i could give them a 0/5 i would. read more

One of the last remaining "neighborhood shops". I've been going to Jun for 20 years.., my 15 yr old son would not tolerate a barber when he was a toddler, until he felt Juns' "air conditioned" trimmers (vacuum hose attached). I get "a #2 up the sides and Hollywood the rest" read more

Great haircuts at low prices with speedy service. The gold standard for men's haircuts in Arlington & Ft. Carolinle

Received a haircut from a woman whose name starts with an M (can't remember her full name) and it just did not come out very good. She was nonchalantly cutting without really paying attention and being sloppy. She was more focused on conversing and glancing around the shop. I ended up with a mushroom head essentially. Might come back only to get a haircut from the other staff who actually seemed like they were focused. So disappointed. read more

My first time at the shop was great, the shop truly has that barbershop atmosphere with knowledgeable dudes that really know how to cut. A family business with a great nd welcoming staff that knows what they're doing? What else could you ask for? Overall, it's a great shop with a good atmosphere with knowledgeable nd friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon. read more
