Came from East Bay and drive about 2.5 hours to get here. Our friends went here before and had good experience and told us their apple juice was to die for! We went here as a pit stop and saw someone managing the stand. Depending on the time of day usually the stand is self serve. Checked the products around and saw there's two different drinks - apple juice and apple cider. While the lady at the stand was busy chatting up with another customer, we patiently waited for her to be finished and asked her some questions on the products. She said cider has multiple apple mixed in it and spices while apple juice just had one apples. I was intrigued and my husband asked for a small bottle of apple juice to try and it turned out to be good. Unfortunately there was no cider to try so we trusted that it's delicious and bought a jug as well too! It's easy to pay - they have cash box, Venmo and card swiper machine! You can pay for their products easily! Turned out everything was amazing! Both cider and the juice. I personally love the cider more bc of the different apples and spices. It makes you feel like it's fall!!! Def stop by here for some delicious juice! So good!

We love little gems like this...just drove past on the way to the state park and pulled in. During our stop, there wasn't any fresh produce available, but the juice was cold, delicious and refreshing. Love the honors system and the trust comes with it.

We really loved our stay here!! This place is super cute and the people there are very friendly and welcoming. The apple juice is so good and free if you stay! Yum!! We would love to stay here again. It would be awesome if the cabins had A/c. Especially if they're going to charge that much. We were dying of heat, but that was our only complaint! We hope to be back!!

What a wonderful place! My friends and I rented out one of their cabins in the middle of the apple farm for a weekend recently and it was so cute and quaint, I love it! It's such a great place to unwind, relax, and is close to a bunch of amazing wineries. There is a house in the apple farm where you can use their kitchen to cook or go to cooking classes, you can purchase their apple cider, syrup, and other apple goods. The cabins are clean, comfortable, private, and outside you can find horses, a cow, chickens, dogs, all roaming around, minding their business, but it adds such a nice feel to the farm and staying there for a weekend. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy some apple goodies and come spend a weekend away with a significant other or some friends. I wasn't on the call to reserve a cabin but my friend said that the owners are super friendly! I can't wait to come back again sometime soon!

Self service Apple bar (honor system)

Ok, this is probably one of the most bizarre reviews I've ever written for a business. Why? Because I still don't quite understand what this business does. For years, I've heard of Anderson Valley's famous Apple Farm. Apparently, it's a rural retreat with lodging accommodations, cooking classes + other communal activities, an apple farm stand, and more. And I have no doubt that it is all of these wonderful things. However, when I visited the place on Thursday, the place was completely empty. I couldn't find one soul. Perhaps it was their off-season? I did see their Farm Stand (where they offer juices, ciders, chutneys, and other apple-related goodies). That being said, the "store" was unattended, and you were encouraged to use the "honor system" when you paid. You def don't see that very often in the Bay Area! I was going to purchase some fresh apple juice for the road, but I only had a $20 bill (and I didn't see anywhere to break some change). So I decided to forego the juice and just wander around the property. And what a lovely property it is! Lush gardens, rustic wooden buildings, some roaming animals. So if you're up in the area, I do recommend checking out the Farm. Though you might want to call in advance to make sure someone will be there. While I can't speak specifics of their business and/or cooking/lodging facilities, I'm certainly intrigued. : )

I can admire plump, round, and juicy shapes without wanting to squeeze them with my hands. I like to imagine the earthy, feral flavors of wild things without bending down deeply to smell them. I like to imagine the juices dripping off my lips and the stickiness on my fingers. I like to watch and admire from afar. Even if I never intend to pay for the pleasure of eating. That's how I feel about farmers' market food porn here at Ukiah's visually stunning Saturday Farmers' Market. It opens at 9am and goes until around noon, with a nice local park nearby for resting in the shade and abundant amounts of free street parking all over. Of course, you can fill up on food for the coming week here, but what if you don't have the means to carry a lot with you? When visiting a local farmers' market as an out-of-town curiosity seeker, looking without leaping is sometimes pleasure enough. Buying means making a commitment to cook, and if I am just passing through town and have prior reservations to dine, what would be the point? All of this deliciousness would just sit in the back of my car all dressed up but no where to go. What's awesome about a quality farmers' market in summer especially is how great all the produce looks, even if you aren't ready or able to buy that day. Admission here is free and no questions asked. Look, admire, and buy if you can but don't pass this up if you are only passing through. Fruit, veg, and products this delicious deserve all the attention they can get! You can always slake your thirst after at Ukiah Brewing Company's bar when you are through loving the veg with your eyes, or grab a cold brew on nitro at Black Oak Coffee Roasters. But the market itself is a highly recommended stop if you have time to kill on a sunny Saturday afternoon and want to see what's happening in this part of Northern California's ever evolving food scene.

September 13, 2025 - Ukiah, CA…read more We were visiting from out of town and decided to check out this market. It's on the smaller side, but has a nice variety -- fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, craft jewelry, food vendors, and even live music to set the vibe. Most of the vendors were friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. It feels like a true neighborhood market -- relaxed, low-key, and easy to browse. A pleasant stop if you're in the area..
