Please stay away, as you will become his victim and he will hurt you more than help you! Zero help and lots of painful comments. He orders you to do things, makes fun of you, and labels you. Please stay away and find a compassionate therapist. I saw zero humor in his horrible attempt to assist me!

Don't believe it--he is combative, sarcastic, and his "humor" is victimizing humor. His confrontational jokes do nothing to help a client and everything to hurt him or her. He is like a drill sergeant, and as insensitive as one. In the first 5 minutes, he interrupted me several times and offered snap solutions to all of my concerns. Not a sympathetic counselor at all. I tried to defend myself from his verbal onslaught, to which afterwards he simply praised my "setting boundaries" on his insolent statements. You shouldn't have to instantly set boundaries with a counselor who is verbally attacking you. He is not a calm, patient counselor who listens respectfully and does not interrupt you. He was a talker, non-stop, and glared at me the entire time. He did not allow me to speak a full sentence without blaming ME for my problems in a hostile way. And I had just met him! I did not make a second appointment with him.

The Whole Life Solutions' therapists that I had with them are very good. However, the reason for…read morethe very poor rating is because of the billing office, and the non-therapeutic administrative personnel. My troubles with Whole Life Solutions started when I changed my health insurance policy due to state mandates and obtained a secondary policy to cover the co-pay of the primary insurance. This change was apparently too complicated for them, and they immediately started charging my credit card (CC)s (more than one CC/debit was required to be on file when signing up to their service). After 6 months of going back and forth with the billing office and the state insurance company. I changed my insurance. The new company offered to cover the outstanding balance, if Whole Life Solutions would send them an itemized bill within 30 days showing what was paid and what was outstanding. 60 days later (now 90 days from the initial request) I receive a bill showing solely a list of charges. This list didn't show what was paid, and what wasn't. Consequently, the insurance company refused to pay the amount. During this entire time, Whole Life Solutions was double and triple charging my CCs and Debit Card. When I inquired about the extra charges, 1st I was told that it was because the card was denied. 2nd, after they were shown that the charges were paid, I was promised a refund, that never came. However, the multiple charges continued. Finally, I received a call from a very irritated office manager making false statements and accusations regarding my requests and my complaints about the charges. When I attempted to calmly correct her, she interrupted loudly and continued her barrage of insults and inaccurate information. This caused me to lose my temper, to where I told her to stop interrupting, and learn to listen. The result is that the office manager made a non-medical decision to discharge me from receiving any therapeutic treatment which is unlawful.
