I am very pleased our Classy wedding held in the I think was gardenside (to left) it was perfect place for us. Bridal suite was nice although my Hubby wasn't happy with there holding room (only negative). We used Smokey Ray BBQ approved vendor, all guests raved about the Brisket & Leg Quarters food 2102517205 Other vendors that had the best pricing this will save you time Sam - DJ Remmanniss 2107627994 he kept us on track, even encouraged a few things I was going to pass on 4 good photo-ops, Damien 2108854706 photographer & Daz 2107840334 Videographer (they all made a Big difference in our event) I highly recommend all of these Back to Granberry Hills Event, we did ceremony with party package, it allowed us to bring in alcohol (paid extra 4 bartender, bar/ice setup & security), Teresa helped really talk us through alot and I am particular Again key 4 me She responded even out of office. I would like to have some money back in my pocket, lol But It ended up being worth the money. Especially with guests not having go to different locations. Highly recommend but stay away from Cake Couture or Couture Wedding Cake in New Braunfels (became worst part of my experience).

The venue itself was elegant and welcoming, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every member of their team was attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our students and families feel celebrated. Our banquet honored high school interns from our Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, and Patient Care Technician programs, and Bella On the Vine helped create an atmosphere that made every student feel special and valued. Parents, students, and guests continuously commented on how organized, warm, and memorable the evening was. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us as educators to truly enjoy the moment and focus on celebrating our students' accomplishments. We are so grateful for their hospitality, patience, and excellence in service. If you are looking for a venue that not only provides a beautiful space but also treats your guests with genuine care and professionalism, I highly recommend Bella On the Vine. They helped make this milestone event one our students and families will never forget. SAMANTHA WAS AMAZING AND THE SWEETEST! She took care do all our needs and we've above abs beyond!

Food options were restricted compared to what was advertised (no Alfredo option as promised, no salad, no appetizers), and the meal was served on disposable plastic dinnerware. Parents even had to supply the desserts. The venue's "photo booth" was just an iPad setup that produced completely blurry, low-quality digital images. To top it off, the seating was uncomfortable metal chairs, and the microphone battery died halfway through the presentation. The facility is clean, but it feels like they cut every possible corner and took advantage of a school group. As a parent who will be looking for wedding and reception venues in the next few years, I will definitely be looking elsewhere. Update 5/17/26: After talking with the team captains and discovering how much this event cost our team, I stand with my original statement and strongly feel these student athletes were ripped off. The venue made thousands for a short event and for the cost, should have offered a more abundant menu. To add a bit more context, they offered tap water (not even lemon) and super sweet tea for drinks, a measured spoonful of pasta, two meatballs, a measured spoonful of green beans and a piece of garlic bread to each guest. Seconds were made available once everyone went through the line and exhausted within 5 minutes of announcing their availability. The student athletes in attendance were hungry. This is a big miss. They are should receive money back, the food provided couldn't have cost more than $350.

The sky was clear, the…read morefairways lush, and the air just crisp enough to make you forget you've got responsibilities waiting back home. The course itself is in tremendous shape, with greens rolling smooth, bunkers raked to perfection, and fairways trimmed like a royal garden. What really sets Olympia apart is the wildlife. You're not just playing golf here, you're putting on a show for the locals. At one point, I had a 12-point buck watching me line up my drive like he was ready to hand out a scorecard. You can't duff a shot with that kind of audience. It makes you bring out your A game whether you're ready or not. Now, why only four stars? Simple. Cartgirls. Or rather, the lack of them. Maybe saw one during the entire round, and by then I was halfway to dehydration. For $80 a round, I'd expect a little more consistency in the refreshment department. That, and the price itself. Let's be honest, $80 is a bit rich these days, especially when you've got to plead your case just to get out of the house. Try explaining to your significant other that you spent over $100 on what you're calling a four-hour vacation. Didn't go down too smooth at mine, I'll tell you that. Still, Olympia delivers where it counts. It's scenic, challenging, and has just enough Texas charm to make you forget the price tag for a few holes. Next time, though, let's get a second cartgirl on duty and we might be talking five stars.

For 7 days, this place really wasn't bad at all. But, it wasn't great either. Picture this - IHG buys out a rundown hotel that was on its last leg with plans to refurbish, rebuild, remodel, and renew. Now fast forward time a good amount, but not all the way to renewal completion... that's precisely where this cozy hotel is at currently. Service was fantastic, front desk was very friendly and accommodating, check in/check out process was stress free, and breakfast was decent (not a 5 star hotel breakfast, but it was hot and provided what you needed). Their breakfast had the generic microwaved eggs (not freshly made), sausages or bacon depending on the days, cereal, fruits, milk, orange juice, coffee, etc... you get it, the essentials to enjoy a warm breakfast meal. May not be super delicious, but it'll do the job and saved $$ for our family. Pool is shallow for kids' safety (3-4'), big enough to enjoy, pole w/net is available to clean the pool yourself prior to use, and jacuzzi was out of service our entire stay (bummer). Parking was free, easy to access, and surrounded the hotel. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds, sofabed, mini fridge, microwave, and standard bathtub. Did everything work? Yes, absolutely. Is it modernized and does the room look incredible? Nope. Does it seem as if the place is trying to look like other IHG brothers and sisters with much more modernized amenities? Certainly. Just don't count on it for a long time. Internet has snail slow speed. It'll work for your phone but don't count on using it for remote work on your work laptop. For this reason alone I wouldn't return here. If you don't have Mobile Hotspot, don't count on working remotely. TV cable and WiFi speed are limited, slow, behind, and very outdated. Great hotel if you just need the bare minimum essentials. Traveling for work? Skip this spot. Have family? Decent for the price but bit of a drive from San Antonio's central life.
