This place ruled! It's a fun tourist spot for all sorts of silly alien photos. There were quite a few "sets" and photo ops, which were all pretty funny. We were laughing the whole time. It had a strange smell, but we think it might have been from the recent flood? Otherwise, we loved hanging out with the aliens there

My son loved taking photos with all of the alien props

Megan was so helpful. Great place for photo props only $8 an entrance. She will help get awesome photos! At the end of the day the photos will be the evidence left of the UFO festival and UFO activities. Please is easily accessible. Great place to stop by overall.

Friendly staff and good value, the photo ops were so fun. We had a crew of seven people ranging from 5-52 years old and everyone enjoyed it!

Some of the cool scenes you get to take pictures with!!

So many cool props to take pictures with! My girlfriend and I spent an hour getting such great pictures. The owners will come help you take whatever pictures you want, they are so helpful and friendly!! You've got to check it out!!

The owner was funny and engaging. She even gave a discount for the kids stuff...just because she said which I find very refreshing in today's high prices. It was amazing and very fun. Not just for the kids but for us adults as well. It let me be a kid again. All the displays are hilarious and all have great detail. Will come back!

If you want hilarious alien-themed photo ops, stop here after visiting the UFO museum. This was one of the highlights of my first Roswell visits fifteen years ago so I wanted to come back with my family this summer. The store and photo op area are due for a refresh but it was still fun for the entire family. Even our dog was welcome in the antics. Cheesy fun so don't take it too seriously.

This place is more of a tee shirt shop and they do have a museum that we didn't go in. The shop has lots different shirts to choose from. In the back there are some props you can get pictures with and check out. The town has lots of aliens to get pictures with. The McDonald's even gets into the craze.

It is very cheesy but so is Roswell! I had read the bad reviews, yes it is cheesy but for $5 a person ($3 a kid under 5 free) what do you expect. We love the alien props especially the one where you can pretend you are upside down. The hours on yelp are wrong. Google the store and look at the official website. The day we came yelp said 10 am but store website said 11 and they opened at 11. It was a great, super cheesy ending to our Roswell adventures and my kids loved it. The souvenir section was not impressive but that's not what we came to the store for!

Gretel V.

Good place to take pictures and get some souvenirs. This place needs some serious revamping as many of the props have broken parts or some are just really dirty/worn out. There's an alien cafe in the back of the store but I'm not sure if it's only for show or if actually serve any food. The play area for kids was also closed when we went. This places has potential but it honestly needs a make over.

Bartender give me a slime martini.

I went through here in about an hour. It would take you much longer if you read everything on display. Lots of the stories on the timeline are fascinating. I thought it was well put together and should be thrilling for the alien enthusiasts. After checking out all the museum displays, there's a decent sized gift shop offering various types of merchandise. I got a cool fridge magnet as a souvenir for visiting this infamous museum. If you ever come to Roswell, whether you are into or believe in aliens, you have to visit the UFO Museum. It represents what Roswell is known for, and it's just an overall interesting experience with everything chronologically displayed nicely.

I especially enjoyed the paintings by Billy Schenck and the black and white architectural photographs of New Mexico subjects by Robert Christensen. If you're not much of a reader, you don't get the benefit of the full value of the museum but still definitely interesting to check out for just 7 bucks. There are clean restrooms here and a fun simulation as well as an awesome gift shop carrying lots of alien themed items. One thing that was very interesting is the Research center. I believe it's free without admission ( they accept donations). You can go inside and it's essentially a library with UFO and paranormal themed books, as well as a separate room for sci fi books and another room with more incident reports and such to look at. It's pretty neat and I wish I had more time to sit and read a few of the interesting books they had. In short, this place is more fun for adults than for kiddos but if the kiddos can read it may be interesting for them.

Free parking too. Donations were welcome. Second, this behemoth of a building is home to the Roswell Artist-in-Residence (RAiR) Program, founded by the now deceased businessman and fellow artist Don Anderson. There are - to my recollection during our brief introduction on November 29, 2025 - hundreds of artists that apply every year. They dwindle that number down to 6. The artists hailed from all over the world. Third, the artwork is fascinating. There was no limit to the use of mediums either. Each piece is labeled with the artists name, their country of origin, what year they were born, the years they were RAiR, the title of the artwork, the year of its completion, and the mediums used. My middle school daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed room after room of inspiration. They talked about a few of the pieces for several days afterwards. And to think... this opportunity resides in the flat desert of southeastern New Mexico.

I didn't really have any specific expectations going in, but this place honestly blew me away. I've been to some of the biggest art museums in the world and been less impressed. It may be a relatively small place compared to the likes of The MET, but this museum holds its own.

You could do a historic space flight from the point of the aliens in '47 or the moon landing in '69; but we just did BrickTown. MacKenzie did a fantastic job of explaining our options. We sat in a room to watch an instructional video, and we were let loose to view the exhibit. Also, available are various skill levels of scavenger hunts that will make the exhibit viewing way more involved and enjoyable. Of course you can skip the scanveger, but it will make the museum a little tedious. The first room you'll see various aircraft, but the Roswell Air Show scene has a lot, aliens included, of course. The room leads into another with the halls lined with incredible LEGO Dot interpretations of the Mona Lisa Starry Night, and the Last Supper. You will then see a Pirates Cove scene and various famous buildings. I thought this 1-meter Titanic rendition was pretty good...even with the iceberg ahead. The coup de grace, is actually the interconnected scenes in the main gallery. Everything else gets lost here. You have an amusement park scene, connected to an apartment scene, connected to a park that is getting overrun by an alien attack - led by the biggest alien mother ship on the planet? The mother ship is blasting a huge laser downward and splits a camper can. There are moments of humor here as in the midst of their attack there aliens are assimilating to the activities. Towards the back you will see a Star Wars themed Xmas scene. Also, there is another bigger City themed Xmas display of events. I don't think this scene is permanent, but seasonal. If you love LEGOs you may want to drop in.
