I began working with the Accident Guys after my vehicle was totaled last year in a not-at-fault collision. I mostly selected this firm for their high reviews, and was pleasantly surprised that their service was as good as the reviews would suggest. For my case, I worked with Nava and Kris. The intake process was painless, and they reached out to me with regular intervals with updates and follow ups to the case progress. I rarely had to reach out for additional information, and the whole process was extremely low maintenance. I was in the loop for each step of the case, and they ended up winning what I consider a very generous settlement. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the process and outcome. God forbid someone hits my car again, I would certainly call upon their services again. read more

I had gotten rear ended at a complete stop at a stop light by a larger box van that hit me into another car, I bounced back and the box van hit me again. I felt like a ping pong ball and got hit a total of 3 times. I was transferred to the hospital via ambulance due to neck and chest pain. after being there for the night, I had a sprained shoulder and a small amount of fluid under my lungs probably from swelling. the next day I got in contact with the accident guys and told them what happened and they were on the case very fast. I got the best chiropractic care that helped immensely and got imaging done very quickly. the whole process did take some time but I expected it to take about a year before closing but it took about 9 months for everything and got a decent lump sum after the process was done. thank you to everyone who helped with this whole process and giving me updates along the way. I hope I never have to use this company again but i definitely will if this happens again. read more

My car was damaged by another driver as they drove into my car while I was parked. My whole drivers side - ruined. Since the driver did not have a driver's license and the driver was underage, insurance would not cover the quoted $8500+ worth of damage due to driver being an uninsured motorist. I couldn't believe that something that was not my fault ended up defaulting on me to take care of. I was seeking consultation as it all felt so unfair, and I was not sure what I could do. Other lawyers would not consider me for a "case" because they were only open to those with much larger injuries, which was discouraging. The Accident Guys acknowledged the high damage to my car and made sure I was seen by medical specialists / chiropractors. Huge shoutout to Lucia, Jeremy, Karla, and Micka for keeping me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had regarding the process along with their honesty and kindness throughout it all. Their empathy was above and beyond. I felt taken care of, which is more than what I can say for insurance companies. I'm so thankful to Accident Guys for their professionally, their knowledge, and their willingness to help. I will always recommend! read more

These people were/are amazing. My husband, kids, and I, all get into a pretty bad rear end accident right after everything went on lockdown. I found them on yelp because of good reviews, and as soon as I submitted a question I got an answer right away. The guy who rear ended us totaled my husbands truck, and was unlicensed and uninsured. The accident guys were super easy to talk to, they answered any and all questions super quick. The most work we had to do was go to the chiropractor ( which we loved). The process is a little long, but absolutely worth the wait. I'd recommend them to anyone who is ever in an accident! Brian, Karla, Elliot and Kyle were all a pleasure to work with. read more

Great HUGE high 5 figure settlement. The Lexus RCF I was driving was declared a total loss. The one that hit me did not have a valid DL, and no insurance coverage. I was able to claim from my insurance thru the help of Atty. Houman. He was very attentive to my needs from day one. He was the one personally doing the follow-ups, like how was I doing. He was very sensitive to my traumatic accident experience and explained the process step by step. They were following up while I was doing medical treatments. Atty. Cesar Andaya was the one assigned to my case, and from the time he took over my case he was always on top of it. He knows exactly what is going on and what is needed to be done. He lets me decide on what to do example if I want a settlement, if the settlement is fair or we want to pursue them in court for litigation. I am the driver and they are the support on this legal battle. To cut the story short, we were able to get a high settlement and close the case as a very happy client. I advise everyone to retain them as your lawyer if any unfortunate circumstances happen like a vehicular accident. Rest assured that they will diligently work on your case, negotiate or take them to court and get the best settlement. One last thing, there was no money out, no money up front, so basically their service is free, they just take a small fee from the settlement, that's it. I recomend them. Thank you Atty. Houman and Atty. Andaya. read more

I'm so happy that I was able to work with The Accident Guys! Elliot, Brian and Sarah were extremely kind, professional, honest and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions that I had. I got into an accident in February when another driver ran a stop sign and drove directly into the driver's side of my car. My car was completely totaled and the accident led to me going to the hospital due to the pain I experienced afterwards. Their team consistently made me feel at ease and always kept me in the know. There wasn't any me not being able to reach anyone, my calls were always returned in a timely manner and there was never an "I don't know" but only informative answers.  Their team member attorney Nava Giangolini, Esq is a crown jewel of their team she was absolutely amazing. From the first call to closing the case, Eliot and his team has been nothing but God sent. My accident took little longer due to the opponent side of the things but Eliot and his team made sure i stay calm and informed by answering all of my emails and calls. My Advise: if your case goes to litigation with a different team and they don't answer as much as the beginning stage: DO NOT FREAK OUT. Its normal that they don't stay contact as much as first time because they are working very hard to make a good case. To be honest i freaked out so hard and a lot has went through my mind for no reason. Give them their space and let them work on your case. Trust me. I found the Accident Guys through Yelp and decided to go with them because of all their positive reviews. I am so glad that I followed my instinct and had consultation with them versus some lawyers that my friends recommended. From the first moment of consultation to the closure of the case, I have nothing but the best extraordinary services. I think I got the pleasure to work with the staffs in LA office. My case was handled in such professional, diligent and compassionate manner. Dana handled my case in the beginning and then it was transferred to Attorney Nava Giangolini. These two wonderful ladies were always information and put me at ease every time we spoke on the phone. Their communication and guidance helped me tremendously. This is an overdue review. I was in an accident in 2017 and contacted The Accident Guys two weeks later after realizing my injuries were not resolving and it would be too time consuming/difficult to deal with the other driver's insurance company. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I initially spoke with one of the partners (can't recall which one since it was over 1.5 years ago at this point) who was reassuring and professional. My case manager Ani was always helpful. Attorney Brian, whom I dealt with day to day was prompt, great at explaining the process/our progress and I was glad to have him handling my case. Thankfully, I am not someone who's had to use this type of service before, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area who's been in an accident and is looking for guidance and legal representation. read more

These guys are nothing short of amazing. I had a really bizarre case. I had literally just bought a brand new car, and less than one hour from driving off the lot, I was smashed into by a huge commercial truck completely totaling my new car. The whole situation was a complete nightmare. From all the pain, stress, worry, anxiety, and the whole nine, Eliot and his team worked diligently and took care of EVERYTHING for me. At times I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel, but they worked hard to get me the best medical treatment and the justice I deserved. I received a settlement in less than one year and it was more than I expected. So happy that I chose these guys to help navigate me through one of the worst times of my life.
