Robbie came out and built a 40 ft garage for us. We had a couple extra hurdles because the guy who…read morepoured the concrete did a horrible job, and damaged the property around the pad. In spite of having to deal with spikes that were sticking out of the ground and gravel and dirt coming out from under the pad that was poured, Robbie was able to complete the building in a professional manner. We are very happy with the building that you put up. We had a retaining wall built by a gentleman that he recommended, but the wall was crooked, not tall enough, and not parallel to the side of the building, so we had to tear it down and rebuild it ourselves. It's unfortunate that the man that he recommended did not have the same work ethic that he does! All of the other subcontractors related to this job were good. We were especially impressed with the roofers who came in and had a roof on the building in a couple of hours! Thank you again Robbie for all the work you did. I checked you out on Facebook, I was happy to see our building there. My…read morefirst sign of possible problems is that from the first time I called and every call there after all I would get was "MAILBOX HAS NOT BEEN SET UP". This is a way to screen calls from the ones you want to call back or not call. Such as current customers, upset customers, etc. Without going into all the details, this is how I would rate the quality of his work: FRAMING: Never seen a level being used . Had them install a new cabinet over main commode upstairs. After he was done I mentioned to him it was not level. His answer was "NO ONE ELSE WILL NOTICE". SHEETROCK: Hung, taped, and painting was poorly done. Lots of drips, imperfections had to scrape, filled in many areas with sheetrock mud and primer paint. SUSPENDED CEILING TILES. When I asked about doing the ceiling he said that when it was done you would not notice any bad places etc. I got the exact kit material to hang all the tracks. Jeremy cut and ruined the kits where they could not be retuned. This was along with cutting & wasting sheetrock. The commode and sink was an up flow type. Jeremy said he would not have problem with installation. I printed info from the internet the installation manual and other info that he was NOT INTERETED IN READING . To sum this up I had to pay a plumber $165.00 to finish that part of the project that Jeremy could not or would not do. After many more problems and issues I told Jeremy to leave in mid December even though his work was no way completed with quite a bid paid for. Not worth the headaches, loss of sleep, aggravation especially for a 76 year old, disabled Vet to have to put up with. LIVE & LEARN

My house is still not done after 3 1/2 months and everything is visibly just wrong. I had to fire them! I'm now looking for a new contractor to fix everything this man did wrong!
