Customer service is very rude. I called to speak with the owner or manager on staff to report one…read moreof the crew workers. On my way to taking my kids to school one of the crew workers in a black Chevy zoomed in front of me making me do a sudden stop instead of waiting for me to bypass seeing how I had the right away. I went and dropped my kids off at school, came back and asked the gentleman what was the reason for that? Very unprofessional. "He replied because I'm doing the yard I'm in front of." which I understand. I proceeded to ask why not use safer precaution. I had to come to a complete stop because you zoomed right in front of me. He replied I do what I want because this is my business and gave me the finger, then drove away. I have a dash cam footage of the incident as well as a picture of the drive, vehicle/ trailer plates and will be submitting a report as well as my footage to the sheriff department. Again, very unprofessional if you have kids or are driving around the school area in the Kenwood neighborhood use caution because This lawn care company will not care.

Met with Danny on my property and gave him a list of what I needed done. My property is a second…read morehome that we are rarely at. The problem I keep finding myself in is that because I am not there, the crew doesn't show regularly and does as little as they can. As you can imagine, it does not take long for a large heavily wooded waterfront property to deteriorate. When that happens, I find myself having to spend a thousand or more dollars to get the yard and beach back in order. Danny promised the World and charged accordingly. He overcharged me to get the yard in order and then his crew were in and out in less than 20 minutes when they showed per the neighbors security camera. Again, I found myself in the same old spot in spite of Danny's promises. He is a poor representative for the company. Promises you the World and delivers half at best. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I stand by my review. I gave Danny the list of what I needed covered on the property. He told me it was straight forward and what was included and what was extra at the time of the contract. Over and over, I went to the property and what we agreed to was not being done that was on the no extra charge side. This watering issue is nothing new. Danny kept telling me someone was messing with the timer. Why just the timer that is hidden away in a carport closet? Nothing else on the property has been messed with. Danny told me he would replace the plants that died due to the lack of water to those hanging plants. He told me on one occasion that he was trying to complete that promise but the quality of what was available was bad. When I asked again yesterday, he said I forgot about it. Now he wants a receipt from me which I did not keep. A little too late when I had to take care of it myself and now prove I did for reimbursement. He knows what plants they were and approximate cost. The issue with the front hanging plants was not the timer after all. It was the index valve failure that was only allowing watering of the backyard where a soaker hose was cut during the cleanup and there was a broken sprinkler. Did no one check the functions of the sprinklers on taking on the job? I would have happily paid the extra to have forgone the weeks and weeks of grief caused by this issue with the drip system. It was never offered to me until a day ago. I never requested Wally be pulled off his job. Instead I told Danny I would have my Destin landscape guy come and troubleshoot. Twice Danny fired me because I was concerned that the property was getting behind. When I asked the neighbor if he saw my crew, he checked his cameras and the time there was time stamped and it was 20 minutes. That was what I stated in my post and you confirmed in your response. Maybe they stayed longer on other visits that I did not know to follow up with the neighbor on. I just asked for that current week. So in closing, what Danny and I agreed to was not carried thru on a weekly basis. My shrubs in the front are filled with vines again. I had to have my landscape service in Destin come and troubleshoot and repair my irrigation system that Danny claimed was being sabotaged when in reality it was equipment failure. I could go on and on with holes in the service including illegally blowing leaves off my beach into the bayou, vines on the window screens etc etc etc... They may have hauled leaves away multiple times that had to go to the dump, but I asked them to just mulch them and they chose to do it their way. The yard has had mulched leaves for years and we like that rustic look instead of brown dirt. I have no idea the number of hours spent on cleanup by the crew, but I have had it done many times over the last 30 years and it never exceeded 800.00. I believe your invoice was closer to double that. Maybe you can tell me why it took the guys twice the time when it was in the same shape as multiple times before. To date, my 3 tree stumps from the removal of the trees at the clean up are still there. Months ago they were suppose to be ground out. I understand Covid has put a lot of pressure on service industries like yours. I tried to be understanding but tired of Danny pointing the finger at me. In my opinion, he is not an asset to your company.
