I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.

Bad homeowner paint job, they fixed it! Faded color, they fixed it! We wanted while walls, so they took the walls from tan to white. They also refreshed all the baseboards, doors, and wainscoting! They fixed wall cracks, as well as chalked and painted our new quarter round. They went so far above and beyond that I truly don't have the words! After painting the walls white, our "white" ceiling looked sad, so they painted that too! Most notably, they did all this on brand new hardwood floors with no mishaps. They moved all the furniture and took great care to cover everything. They even uncovered the living room each evening so we had a place to sit and relax at night. They are very considerate The very best thing of all is the fact that they truly take pride in their profession! We will definitely be calling them to paint our investment properties in the future. We honestly can't recommend them enough! Do yourself a favor and make them one of your estimates when you need a paint team! You won't be disappointed with the value you receive, we sure weren't!

They quickly provided a quote after viewing the project and were able to make excellent suggestions on ideal finishes for different parts of the trim. They also went above and beyond our project request to repaint our primary living areas and touched up our closets as a courtesy and also refreshed our baseboards at no extra costs. Their dedication to ensuring we were satisfied was impressive and their work speaks for itself.

Then I'd hang my head in shame and see how atrocious the patio looked too. Eww. Thank goodness we finally reached out to Brandy and Adam to give us an estimate and get an appointment in the books. I'm thankful for their flexibility and that they we're able to move our appointment around to accommodate our ever changing schedule with getting our home on the market. Then throw in the social distancing...basically they handled it like pros. Go figure, they're former military so they more than get it! Normally, I'd be at home to ensure everything went smoothly, maybe keep a watchful eye...okay keep a watchful eye but I was totally comfortable with my husband being the "point person" for this job. All that to say, we're kind up to our ears in painting and prepping the home and we TRUST these guys to do a great job...and they did. No helicopter mom skills needed! I was shocked at how clean they got everything, like I said it was skanky. I highly recommend them and I'm going to add their business to the list of preferred companies we worked with to get our house selling for top dollar dollar bill, ya'll.
