Steve took a look at my ring said he would need to order the matching stone. He also showed me the wear and tear that my ring had endured over many years. When I went to pick up my ring, I was amazed at how beautiful it was once again. He even soldered it for me and made it look brand new. It looks better now that it did on my wedding day!! Steve enlarged a channel diamond ring for me when other jewelers said it couldn't be done. He repaired a couple of broken diamond guard rings and in the process of doing so suggested a better way to repair them so it wouldn't happen again. They had been custom made by another jeweler and had been repaired before. As one of the other reviewers stated, they were "sparkly and shinny" and maybe more so than when they were new. He cleaned all the rings we had appraised and they too were "sparkly and shinny." Steve and his staff were all professional and friendly.
