It's sad that I keep having to come on here to update my reviews! One day your service is good and the next it's bad. Your employees make a genuine mistake and charge extra for things you don't charge me for and when I call to see why my price changed I am looking like a bad customer. I'm sorry I pay for your food everyday of my life to eat after work. I actually like the taste of your broth but it has to be chicken broth! The beef broth is not so great! Pls I need you to learn to value your long time customers and treat them with respect. There is a manager there who knows me well. Anytime a meal of mine is wrong I call and tell them. By now they know my name because it is unique and very different.. so I call anytime they mess up my order. I don't enjoy calling to complain but I feel I should get what I paid for. The way I order is clock work so they have learned my name. So today I order on door dash and it is more expensive today so I was surprised. So I call to ask for the manager, and she starts making smart comments! Saying yes I know you! You complain all the time! Wow I was in shock. No one forced me to spend money here but the food is not bad. Service is terrible. I have tried to be nice and patient but how can someone spend money in your establishment everyday and then when they complain about you messing up on their order that they pay for they are looked on like problem child. My order started around 5:50 on Uber eats. The first driver accepted the order and asked me to decline it. The driver was new and didn't know it was a food delivery. Mind you canceling an order doesn't give you back full price on Uber eats. I had to involve support, and get a new driver. Then my order was cancelled by another support agent. I'm given 17.00 bucks as an inconvenience. The reason for the one rating is I reordered my food at 7:00. Got my food at 8:25 from the new order. I know this is my first original order cause I ordered tofu and veggies. My second quick order I only opted for veggies for both. Look at the receipt and this is my original cold food from 5:58. Good pho broth, love the Thai fire cracker shrimp and sauce it's so creamy and savory. And the Beef Lard Na was top notch. And when they ask you for spice levels they mean it! Desserts are great and so are the smoothies. I order to go and the service is always friendly with a smile. My friend and I came around 4 and there was just one couple there. Service was kinda slow despite there being so few people. I think our server might have been in training. We had my godson (3) with us and they had high chairs for him and a kid menu. He typically eats everything but he was not a fan of their noodles. My husband, toddler and I tried this place yesterday for an early dinner. It was surprisingly very good for the Forney area, we used to live in Carrollton and had a great variety of Asian food to choose from. However since moving to Kaufman county a few years ago it's been hard to find an authentic, consistent and affordable place . We ordered the pad see ew with beef level 3 and the yellow curry with chicken level 3, and a side of plain fried rice with egg for my son. We love spice and the spiciness was definitely stronger than anticipated, but very good. The service was excellent. I highly recommend if you're in the area and craving good Asian food. I ordered Pho, Pad Thai and green curry. The Pho was salty water with ZERO flavor and the basil/bean sprouts and add ins were obviously wilted and old. I asked for a 1 spice level on the pad Thai and green curry but they were both so hot we couldn't eat them. And I like spice and can tolerate ALOT of heat, but it was burn your lips and make your eyes sweat....HOT!! I don't know what they were thinking. My daughter and I had a girls outing and decided to get some Thai food for lunch. I just want to say Thai.pho is so yummy, the restaurant was so clean nicely and decorated and the music was on point. Our waiter Johnathan was extremely nice, everything he suggested us to get was on point. We got the Chicken Pad Thai, Vegetable Egg rolls, Match Milk Tea and the Pink Pina Colada popping boba tea. We were excited to eat here...and nearly an hour later ...we left without eating anything. 1st..the girl who took the order didn't turn it in to the kitchen...nearly 30 minutes later someone comes out to tell us this...then, about 10 minutes more, we get food packed up in a to go bag..why would you bring a to go bag to a table of people???? THEN...about 5 minutes later, our food finally comes out and is . We just wasted $25 and about an hour of our time... we just got up and left without eating any of the gross food. This is a new spot in Forney. My first experience was great. The food was good. The ambience was great (see photo). I ordered my plate 30 minutes before closing and it didn't disappoint. The service was fast and friendly. I observed a bar area but I did not go to see what kind of drinks were offered. Although, there isn't s huge selection on the menu, it's enough for Thai lovers to get their fix. I look forward to my next visit. Our favorite pho restaurant in the area (east of Dallas) and the Thai curry is pretty good too. Used to like this place but it has deteriorated over time. Food quality has gone down, price has increased, and their customer service sucks. When you do a takeout order and arrive to pick up your food, be ready to stand and wait around while your pickup order gets cold sitting on the table because even though the employees are there, no one comes to you right away. They're either catering to dine in customers or hanging around the bar area. When you call to inform them that your takeout order was badly prepared (sauce was so lumpy it was too gross to eat), they do not believe you and will not refund your money or give you store credit. They require you to drive back to the restaurant with the food to show them first. Even a picture of it was not good enough. They act like you're lying and treat you very disrespectfully. I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. I totally judged a book by its cover (and interior) and was a little hesitant to try the food. My car broke down and we were waiting for AAA to tow it so standards were low. I will say I was so wrong about this place. Incredible service. The waiter was seriously the best waiter I've ever had. *Doordash experiences only* I've ordered from this place three times. I've only tried the smoothie bubble tea, their yellow curry with chicken and with veggies, and their massuman curry. For dessert, I've only had their mango sticky rice. The only thing I didn't like was the bubble tea smoothie, I got it in the mango flavor and while I smoothie was good, the boba was not. It was too chewy and hard at the same time, and in general just didn't taste too good. The yellow curry the first time I had it was extremely salty, but good. The second time it was excellent. As for the massuman, it was okay, I've had better massuman curry before. I just don't think I'd ever get it again. I think the best part of all of the food I've ever tried from there was the mango sticky rice. It's soooo good, and the mango is always sweet and ripe. They also add lots of coconut sauce. read more
