It looked just like any of the typical Vietnamese places back in San Diego (where I'm from). Even the menu was similar. I ordered beef and noodles. When the food came out, I didn't immediately notice anything wrong with it. But as I began to eat the meat, I started to realize that it felt... weird (for lack of better word).
